Abstract

This invention relates to a reinforced connection structure for a vehicle, comprising a frame, a first axle tube, a connecting seat, a bolt, a stabilizing plate, and a connecting platform. A sleeve of the frame axially passes through the front tube of the first axle tube, forming a slot therein. The connecting seat is fitted onto the front tube of the first axle tube and has a bolt hole for the bolt to pass through. The stabilizing plate has an insertion portion that can be inserted into the slot of the first axle tube and has a stabilizing hole for the bolt to pass through, allowing the bolt to pass through both the connecting seat and the stabilizing plate simultaneously to form a clamping fixation. Through the cooperative positioning of the stabilizing plate and the slot, the stability of the connection between the connecting seat and the first axle tube is improved, reducing rotation and wobbling, thereby enhancing overall durability.

Claims

1. A vehicle reinforcement connection structure comprising: a frame having a sleeve; a first axle tube axially passing through the sleeve of the frame, the first axle tube having a front tube and a slot formed in the front tube; a connecting seat fitted onto the front tube of the first axle tube; the connecting seat having a bolting hole; a locking bolt passing through the bolting hole for clamping the connecting seat; a stabilizing plate having an insertion portion for insertion into the slot of the first axle tube and a stabilizing hole for insertion of the locking bolt; and a connecting platform connected to the connecting seat.

2. The vehicle reinforcement connection structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The stabilizing plate has multiple stabilizing holes, and the locking bolt also has multiple bolts, each inserted into one of the stabilizing holes of the stabilizing plate.
