Abstract

This invention provides a vehicle support leg assembly with convenient locking, including a fixed base, a leg post, a first spring-loaded unit, a second spring-loaded unit, a first sensing unit, a second sensing unit, and a locking unit. The leg post is pivotally connected to the fixed base. The first spring-loaded unit positions the leg post at the parking angle. The second spring-loaded unit resists movement of the leg post from the parking angle to the sensing angle and returns it to its original position. When the leg post moves to the sensing angle, the first sensing unit enters the sensing range of the second sensing unit, transmitting a signal to the locking unit. A locking pin cyclically inserts into or disengages from the leg post's locking pin slot, automatically locking or unlocking. This design improves operational convenience and safety, allowing for keyless operation. Components such as springs, top blocks, and through-holes ensure stable and reliable operation of the leg post in both the parking and retracted positions. The operation is intuitive, and the structure is simplified and durable.

Claims

1. A vehicle-mounted, lockable support leg assembly, disposed in a vehicle, comprising: a fixed base disposed in the vehicle and having a first pivot; a leg post having a second pivot pivotally connected to the first pivot and a locking groove; a first spring-loaded unit disposed between the fixed base and the leg post, positioning the leg post relative to the fixed base at a parking angle position; a second spring-loaded unit disposed between the fixed base and the leg post, resisting movement of the leg post from the parking angle position to a sensing angle position, and returning the leg post to the parking angle position; a first sensing unit disposed in the second spring-loaded unit and capable of vertical displacement; and a second sensing unit disposed in the fixed base and capable of sensing the first sensing unit when the first sensing unit rises, and transmitting a sensing signal. A locking unit receives the sensing signal and has a locking pin that locks with the locking pin slot, and a driving member that drives the locking pin to move. When the locking unit receives the sensing signal, it drives the locking pin to cycle to lock and disengage from the locking pin slot of the foot post.
