Abstract

A housing information management system is designed to create a housing history record for each housing unit. It is applicable to the operation of a terminal device and, through the simultaneous operation of a login module, a professional qualification verification module, a signing module, a data storage module, a node generation module, and a node connection module, enables multiple events that occur during the housing unit's lifecycle to be recorded, signed, nodeed, and connected to form a complete housing history record with chronological order and credibility.

Claims

1. A housing information management system for establishing housing history data, applicable to operation of a terminal device, the system comprising: a login module for users to complete login operations; a professional qualification verification module, communicatively connected to the login module, for verifying whether the user's identity possesses the corresponding professional qualification; a signature module, communicatively connected to the professional qualification verification module, for providing a multi-party threshold signature for qualified users to perform multi-party threshold signature on at least one of multiple event data uploaded by multiple terminal devices; and a node generation module, communicatively connected to a data storage module, for generating corresponding multiple event nodes based on the event data, wherein each event node includes a hash value of the event data and a digital signature certificate of the multi-party threshold signature. A node concatenation module, which communicates with the node generation module, is used to sort and concatenate the event nodes according to their time, and to make each event node contain a hash reference to the previous event node, forming an immutable property history data; and a data storage module, which communicates with the approval module and the node concatenation module, is used to store the event data and the property history data.

2. The housing information management system as described in Request 1, wherein the event nodes include the event type, event time, approver, and reference information corresponding to each event data.

3. The housing information management system as described in claim 1, wherein the professional qualification verification module verifies the user's architect qualification, technician qualification, or real estate broker qualification by means of an external professional organization login system or government data source.

4. The housing information management system as described in claim 1, wherein the data storage module is used to store at least one of the following data: approval documents, construction records, design drawings, renovation records, maintenance records, inspection records, or transaction documents.

5. The housing information management system as described in claim 1, wherein the terminal device includes at least a developer device, a buyer device, a seller device, a government device, or a renovation device.

6. The housing information management system as described in claim 1, wherein after a user completes login, the login module, based on the verification result of the professional qualification verification module, imports users with professional qualifications into a first interface that includes at least the signing module, and imports users without professional qualifications into a second interface that is only used to view the housing history information.

7. The housing information management system as described in claim 1, wherein the housing history data includes a main history chain and a plurality of sub-history chains, the main history chain is used to connect all event nodes in chronological order, the plurality of sub-history chains are classified according to event type, are used to independently connect event nodes of the same type, and write the chain head information of the sub-history chain back to the corresponding event node of the main history chain.
