Abstract
Claims
1. A system for the separation and purification of exosomes from patchouli callus, comprising: a homogenizing tank configured to homogenize a patchouli callus with a culture medium to obtain a solid-liquid mixture; a settling tank connected to the homogenizing tank configured to receive and settle the solid-liquid mixture to obtain a solid phase and a liquid phase; and a filtration tank connected to the settling tank configured to receive and filter the liquid phase to obtain a patchouli callus exosome.
2. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the homogenizing tank comprises: a first tank body; a first input terminal disposed at one end of the first tank body and configured to input the patchouli callus tissue and the culture medium into the first tank body; and a first output terminal disposed at the other end of the first tank body and configured to output the solid-liquid mixture.
3. The system as described in claim 2, wherein the homogenizing tank further includes a rotating cutter disposed at a bottom of the first tank.
4. The system as described in claim 3, wherein the temperature of the homogenizing tank is not higher than 25°C and the rotational speed of the rotary cutter is 10,000 rpm to 20,000 rpm to homogenize the patchouli callus tissue with the culture medium.
5. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the settling tank comprises: a second tank body; a second input terminal disposed at one end of the second tank body and configured to input the solid-liquid mixture into the second tank body; and a second output terminal disposed at the other end of the second tank body and configured to output the liquid phase.
6. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filter tank comprises: a third tank body; a third input terminal disposed at one end of the third tank body and configured to input the liquid phase into the third tank body; A filter membrane is disposed in the third tank, configured to obtain the patchouli callus exosomes after the liquid phase is filtered through the filter membrane; And a third output end, located at the other end of the third tank, configured to output the patchouli callus exosomes.
7. The system as described in claim 6, wherein the molecular weight cutoff of the filter membrane is from 50 kDa to 350 kDa.
8. The system as described in claim 7, wherein the molecular weight cutoff of the filter membrane is from 100 kDa to 300 kDa.
9. The system as described in claim 6, wherein the third input is a valve body.
10. The system as described in claim 6, wherein the third output is a valve body.
