Abstract

This invention provides a disguised surveillance device with dual-mode communication, comprising a disguised housing, a camera module, a dual-mode communication unit, and a hybrid power management unit. The disguised housing has an internal storage space and at least one object with a simulated appearance. The camera module is located within the storage space and uses a viewing angle adjustment unit to adjust the shooting direction by aligning with the concealed light-transmitting hole. The dual-mode communication unit is electrically connected to the camera module, integrating a wireless local area network module and a mobile communication module, and has a communication path switching function. The hybrid power management unit is electrically connected to each module and has a battery pack to provide backup power in case of power failure. Thus, this invention can provide wide-angle surveillance under high concealment and ensure that image transmission and operation are maintained even when the network or power is interrupted, thereby improving the reliability of evidence collection and theft prevention.

Claims

1. A disguised surveillance device with dual-mode communication, comprising: a disguised housing having an internal accommodating space and at least one concealed light-transmitting hole, the appearance of the disguised housing simulating the form of an existing household item; a camera module disposed within the internal accommodating space of the disguised housing, the camera module having a lens that corresponds to the concealed light-transmitting hole with an adjustable viewing angle to capture external images; a dual-mode communication unit electrically connected to the camera module, the dual-mode communication unit including a wireless local area network module and a mobile communication module, the dual-mode communication unit having an automatic communication path switching function; and a hybrid power management unit electrically connected to the camera module and the dual-mode communication unit, the hybrid power management unit including a mains connection port, a rectifier transformer circuit and a battery pack, the hybrid power management unit driving the device and charging the battery pack with mains power when the mains power supply is normal, and automatically switching to the battery pack for power supply when the mains power is interrupted.

2. The disguised monitoring device with dual-mode communication as described in claim 1, wherein the concealed light-transmitting hole is one of a pinhole array, a dark semi-transparent material, or an infrared-transmitting filter.

The disguised surveillance device with dual-mode communication as described in claim 1, wherein the adjustable viewing angle of the camera module is achieved through an internal viewing angle adjustment mechanism, which is one of a pivot bracket, a multi-axis rotation structure, or other mechanism capable of changing the direction of the lens.

4. The disguised surveillance device with dual-mode communication as described in claim 3, wherein the internal viewing angle adjustment mechanism can drive the camera module to change the direction of the lens in the horizontal and vertical directions.

5. The disguised surveillance device with dual-mode communication as described in claim 1, wherein the mobile communication module is connected to a telecom card slot to accommodate a SIM card provided by a telecom operator.

The disguised surveillance device with dual-mode communication as described in claim 1, wherein the automatic communication path switching function of the dual-mode communication unit prioritizes the use of the wireless local area network module for communication, and automatically activates the mobile communication module when the signal quality of the wireless local area network module is poor or unable to connect.

7. The disguised monitoring device with dual-mode communication as described in claim 1, wherein the battery pack is one of a lithium-ion battery, a lithium polymer battery, or a lithium iron phosphate battery.

8. The disguised monitoring device with dual-mode communication as described in claim 1, wherein the hybrid power management unit further includes an overcharge protection circuit, an over-discharge protection circuit, and a temperature protection circuit.

9. The disguised monitoring device with dual-mode communication as described in claim 1 further includes a control unit electrically connected to the camera module, the dual-mode communication unit and the hybrid power management unit for unified management of the operation of each module.
