Abstract

This invention relates to an adjustment block for a tile leveling tool, comprising a front body and a rear body. The front body has a first connecting part, and the rear body has a second connecting part that can be detached and connected to the first connecting part. The adjustment block has a first surface, a second surface, two side surfaces, and a rear end surface. The first surface and the second surface are provided with anti-slip teeth with different first and second slopes, respectively. Through the cooperation of the first and second connecting parts and the setting of the abutting surface, the front and rear bodies can be precisely positioned when they are engaged. This adjustment block can not only be adapted to tiles of different thicknesses by flipping, but also allows the front body to be used alone for tile leveling in narrow spaces such as corners by disassembling the rear body.

Claims

1. An adjusting block for a tile leveling tool, used in conjunction with an adjusting seat, the adjusting block comprising a first surface, a second surface opposite to the first surface, two side surfaces respectively connecting the first surface and the second surface, and a rear end surface connected to the side surfaces, characterized in that: the adjusting block comprises a front body and a rear body; the front body has a first connecting portion, and the rear body has a second connecting portion that can be detachably connected to the first connecting portion; one of the first surface or the second surface is provided with a contact surface, wherein when the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are engaged, the front body and the rear body abut against each other through the contact surface to achieve positioning; wherein... Both the first surface and the second surface are provided with a plurality of anti-slip tooth rows, and the first surface has a first slope, while the second surface has a second slope that is different from the first slope.

2. The adjusting block of the tile leveling tool according to claim 1, wherein, The first connecting part is a hook extending rearward from the end face of the front body, and the second connecting part is a buckle on the end face of the rear body. The hook and the buckle are fastened to each other in a shape-matching manner.

3. The adjusting block of the tile leveling tool according to claim 2, wherein, The hook can slide into the buckle in a direction parallel to the sides and perpendicular to the first surface, and the abutting surface is located at the end of the path through which the hook slides into the buckle.

4. The adjusting block of the tile leveling tool according to claim 1, wherein, The difference between the first slope and the second slope is used to allow the adjustment block to be used by flipping it to be suitable for leveling tiles of different thicknesses.

5. The adjusting block of the tile leveling tool according to claim 1, wherein, A through hole is provided between the sides of the rear section body; and at least one reinforcing rib connecting the first surface and the second surface is provided inside both the front section body and the rear section body.
