Abstract

This invention is a high-current switchboard, comprising a frame, a main switch module, a circuit breaker module, and a frequency converter control module. The main switch module is housed within the frame, and its main switching elements can withstand high loads of at least 480V and 50KA current. To ensure safety, the power input elements and copper busbar elements of the main switch module are insulated with bakelite with a thickness greater than or equal to 2mm between themselves and the frame. Conductors (wires) with cross-sectional areas greater than 50mm² and 80mm² are used with the copper busbars to effectively strengthen the insulation distance and suppress temperature rise during high-current transmission, eliminating the risk of insulation failure or arcing. Furthermore, the circuit breaker module includes multiple molded case circuit breakers (MCCBs) housed within sub-frame elements and is connected to the frame via a pluggable connection. This allows for rapid expansion or replacement of equipment, achieving multiple benefits such as improved electrical safety and flexible configuration.

Claims

1. A high-current switchboard, comprising: A frame that provides accommodating space; A main switch module, which is located within the frame and includes a main switch element, with an insulating bakelite piece between one of the power input elements of the main switch module and the frame, and between one of the copper busbar elements of the main switch module and the frame; a circuit breaker module, which is located within the frame and connected to the main switch module, and sequentially includes a main circuit breaker element and a plurality of sub-circuit breaker elements; and a frequency converter control module, which is located within the frame and connected to the main switch module, and sequentially includes a frequency converter reactor element, a control element, and a frequency converter element.

2. The high-current distribution panel as described in claim 1, wherein the main switching element is capable of withstanding a current of at least 50kA at a voltage of 480V.

3. The high-current distribution panel as described in claim 1, wherein the thickness of the insulating bakelite is greater than or equal to 2 mm.

4. The high-current distribution panel as described in claim 1, wherein the cross-sectional area of ​​the wire of the power input element is at least greater than 50 mm2.

5. The high-current distribution panel as described in claim 1, wherein the cross-sectional area of ​​the wires of the copper busbar element is at least greater than 80 mm².

6. The high-current distribution panel as described in claim 1, wherein each of the sub-circuit breaker elements is a molded case circuit breaker (MCCB).

7. The high-current distribution panel as described in claim 1, wherein each of the sub-circuit breaker elements is disposed within a sub-frame element and connected to the frame via a plug-in method.
