Abstract

This invention relates to a frame assembly system, comprising: at least one pair of base frame bodies; a plurality of modular fixing bodies; and an assembly mechanism disposed between each base frame body and the modular fixing body. The assembly mechanism is characterized by having a first assembly member and a second assembly member, the first assembly member being disposed on the base frame body; the second assembly member being disposed on the modular fixing body; and the first and second assembly members being configured to engage and disengage without any tools, allowing for convenient engagement and disengagement of the base frame body and the modular fixing body. This provides a balance between stable assembly and quick disassembly, as well as diverse functions, thereby enhancing assembly convenience and usage flexibility.

Claims

1. A frame assembly system, comprising: At least one pair of base frame bodies, each base frame body having a mounting bracket, which is respectively fixed to a pole / column of a predetermined site; a plurality of modular fixing bodies, each modular fixing body capable of being assembled with each base frame body, and each modular fixing body having a support component, capable of being assembled with another object; and an assembly mechanism disposed between each base frame body and the modular fixing body, characterized in that: the assembly mechanism has a first assembly member and a second assembly member, the first assembly member being disposed on one side of the base frame body opposite to the mounting bracket; the second assembly member being disposed on one side of the modular fixing body opposite to the support component; and the first and second assembly members are configured to be able to engage and disengage without any tool assistance, so that the engagement and disengagement of the base frame body and the modular fixing body can be carried out conveniently.

2. The frame assembly system as described in claim 1, wherein the first set of connectors and the second set of connectors are configured to be able to engage and disengage without the aid of any tools, and are provided by a snap-fit method, wherein the first set of connectors is a pair of snap fasteners; and the second set of connectors is a pair of snap-fit slots that can be integrated with or separated from the pair of snap fasteners.

3. The frame assembly system as described in claim 2, wherein the pair of fasteners and fastening slots are designed to be not only snapped in but also detachable. Specifically, each fastener has a longitudinal cross-section resembling an L-shape, with a long side and a short side. A hook is provided on the long side, and a detachable portion is provided on the short side. The pair of fasteners are respectively disposed in two receiving slots on the base frame body. These receiving slots allow the hook on the long side of the L-shaped fastener to protrude from the receiving slot (i.e., the hook is exposed), while a portion of the short side protrudes from the outer surface of the base frame body, i.e., the detachable portion is exposed. The pair of fastening slots are respectively disposed on the modular fixing body, corresponding to the two receiving slots on the base frame body. Each fastening slot has a groove corresponding to the hook of the pair of fasteners. An elastic member is provided to allow the fastener to reset by pressing with the detachable portion after the hook and groove are snapped in.

4. The frame assembly system as described in claim 3, wherein the elastic element is a compression spring.

5. The frame assembly system as described in claim 3, wherein a guide mechanism is further provided between the base frame body and the modular fixing body, the guide mechanism including a first guide member and a second guide member that can be assembled together, wherein the first guide member is disposed on the base frame body; and the second guide member is disposed on the modular fixing body.

6. The frame assembly system as described in claim 5, wherein the first guide is a pair of guide rails with a T-shaped cross-section and arranged adjacent to the receiving slot; and the second guide is a pair of guide slots that can mate with the guide rails, with a T-shaped cross-section and arranged adjacent to the snap-fit slot, thereby enabling the first and second guides to provide faster and easier engagement or disassembly of the base frame body and the modular fixing body.

7. The frame assembly system as described in claim 1, wherein the outer side of the base frame body is considered to be stepped, and the set of fasteners and the first set of connectors are respectively disposed on both sides of the stepped base frame body.

8. The frame assembly system as described in claim 7, wherein the assembly member includes a clamping plate and clamping bolts passing through the frame body and the clamping plate for securing to poles / columns at a predetermined site.

9. The frame assembly system as described in claim 7, wherein the shape of the modular fixing body is adapted to fill and align the stepped base frame body on one side of the first connector, so that the base frame body and the modular fixing body are integrated into a complete and aesthetically pleasing form.

10. The frame assembly system as described in claim 9, wherein the load-bearing component of the modular fixing body includes a channel that can be integrated with the wire frame, AB tube, and shelf (block) or provides a drop or hanger rod (post).

11. A frame assembly system, comprising: The system comprises at least one pair of base frame bodies, each base frame body having a fastener, which is respectively fastened to a pole / column of a predetermined site; a plurality of modular fixing bodies, each modular fixing body capable of being assembled with each base frame body, and each modular fixing body having a support component, capable of being assembled with another object; and an assembly mechanism disposed between each base frame body and the modular fixing body, characterized in that: the assembly mechanism has a first assembly member and a second assembly member, the first assembly member being disposed on one side of the base frame body opposite to the fastener; the second assembly member being disposed on one side of the modular fixing body opposite to the support component; and the first and second assembly members being magnetically attached, allowing the base frame body and the modular fixing body to be joined and separated without any tool assistance, achieving both stable connection and convenient quick assembly and disassembly.

12. The frame assembly system as described in claim 11, wherein the first set of connectors and the second set of connectors are magnetically attached, wherein a magnet is provided on the first set of connectors (the second set of connectors); and a metal body is provided on the second set of connectors (the first set of connectors) opposite to the magnet.

13. The frame assembly system as described in claim 11, wherein the outer side of the base frame body is considered to be stepped, and the set of fasteners and the first set of connectors are respectively disposed on both sides of the stepped base frame body.

14. The frame assembly system as described in claim 13, wherein the assembly includes a clamping plate and clamping bolts passing through the frame body and the clamping plate for securing to poles / columns at a predetermined site.

15. The frame assembly system as described in claim 13, wherein the shape of the modular fixing body is adapted to fill and align the stepped base body on one side of the first connector, so that the base body and the modular fixing body have a complete and aesthetically pleasing appearance when they are joined together.
