Abstract

This invention provides a heat-insulated and waterproof stove platform, comprising: a stove head connected to at least one gas pipe and one air inlet pipe; and a stove platform surrounding the stove head and integrally formed by a waterproof inner layer and a heat-insulating outer layer, wherein a heat-insulating space is formed between the waterproof inner layer and the heat-insulating outer layer, so that the stove platform is seamless, thereby avoiding maintenance costs caused by water seepage, and eliminating the need for conventional refractory bricks and high carbon emission materials.

Claims

1. A heat-insulated and waterproof stove platform, comprising: A burner head, which is connected to at least one gas pipeline and one air intake pipeline; and a furnace platform, which surrounds the burner head and is integrally formed by a waterproof inner layer and a heat-insulating outer layer, and forms a heat-insulating space between the waterproof inner layer and the heat-insulating outer layer.

2. The heat-insulated and waterproof furnace platform as described in claim 1, wherein the waterproof inner layer is made of stainless steel and the heat-insulated outer layer is an electrolytic plate.

3. The heat-insulated and waterproof furnace platform as described in claim 1, wherein the heat-insulated space is filled with a heat-insulating material, which is ceramic fiber cotton.

4. The heat-insulated and waterproof furnace platform as described in claim 1, wherein the gas pipeline is connected to a gas solenoid valve, and the air inlet pipeline is connected to an air inlet solenoid valve.

The heat-insulated and waterproof furnace platform as described in claim 4, wherein the gas solenoid valve and the air intake solenoid valve are electrically connected to a central control unit, the central control unit is installed in a control host, and the central control unit controls the gas intake of the gas pipeline by the gas solenoid valve and the air intake of the air intake pipeline by the air intake solenoid valve.

The heat-insulated and waterproof furnace platform as described in claim 5, wherein the central control unit stores at least one ratio data, and the central control unit controls the gas supply of the gas pipeline and the air intake of the air intake pipeline based on the ratio data in the ratio data database.

The heat-insulated and waterproof furnace platform as described in claim 6, wherein the control host is provided with a control panel, the control panel is electrically connected to the central control unit, and the control panel can generate at least one control command, the central control unit reads the proportioning data by the control command to control the gas supply of the gas pipeline and the air intake of the air intake pipeline.

8. The heat-insulated and waterproof furnace platform as described in claim 6, wherein the control host is provided with a ratio setting unit, which is signal-connected to the central control unit and can update or modify the ratio data.

9. The thermally insulated and waterproof furnace platform as described in claim 5, wherein the air intake pipe is connected to a variable frequency blower.
