Abstract

A back support backpack includes a back panel and support pads disposed on the back panel. Two support pads are symmetrically arranged on the back panel, extending from the upper end to the lower end. Each support pad includes a fixed portion at the upper part of the back panel and a movable portion at the lower part. The fixed portion is fixed to the back panel, and the movable portion is arched, with one end connected to the fixed portion and the other end connected to the back panel via an elastic element. When the movable portion is compressed and deformed, it causes the elastic element to extend and retract. This invention provides a reasonable carrying system structure, dynamically adjusts itself to fit the curve of the human back, effectively distributes pressure, and provides flexible support.

Claims

1. A back support backpack, comprising a back panel and support pads disposed on the back panel, characterized in that: two support pads are provided on the back panel symmetrically arranged from left to right, the support pads extending from the upper end to the lower end of the back panel, the support pads comprising a fixed part at the upper part of the back panel and a movable part at the lower part of the back panel, the fixed part being fixed to the back panel, the movable part being arc-shaped, one end of which is connected to the fixed part, and the other end being connected to the back panel through an elastic element, the movable part being deformed under pressure, thereby causing the elastic element to extend and retract.

2. The back support backpack as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: a groove is formed between the support pads on the left and right sides.

3. The back support backpack as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the support pad includes a support plate and a cotton pad fixed on the support plate, the cotton pad being wrapped and fixed by a breathable fabric.

4. The back support backpack as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that: the support pad is surrounded by webbing.

5. The back support backpack as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the fixing part of the support pad is fixed to the back panel on both sides by stitching.

6. The back support backpack as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the elastic element is an elastic band, rubber band, or spring.

7. The back support backpack as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the back panel includes a back plate and an outer fabric covering the back plate, the lower end of the back panel is provided with an opening, and one end of the elastic member is connected to the back plate through the opening.

8. The back support backpack as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that: a protective pad is provided on the back panel at the corresponding opening, and the protective pad is provided with a guide hole for the elastic element to extend out.

9. The back support backpack as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the backpack further includes two left-right symmetrical shoulder straps, each shoulder strap corresponding to two support pads, and one end of each shoulder strap being fixed to the upper end of the support pad.
