Abstract

A net-zero green energy FOSB board structure includes an upper surface layer, an upper core layer, a core layer, a lower core layer, and a lower surface layer. Special adhesives and paraffin emulsions are applied to each surface layer and core layer. The upper and lower core layer chips are arranged longitudinally, while the core layer chips are arranged transversely. The board blank is pre-pressed, hot-pressed, cooled, trimmed, and sanded to obtain a net-zero green energy FOSB board structure with high strength and low water absorption. It can be used in various building materials, interior decoration, building formwork, flooring, furniture, and packaging materials.

Claims

1. A net-zero green energy FOSB board structure, comprising, from top to bottom, an upper surface layer, an upper core layer, a core layer, a lower core layer, and a lower surface layer, wherein each layer is bonded together to form a net-zero green energy FOSB board using adhesives and hot pressing.

2. As described in claim 1, the net-zero green energy FOSB board structure comprises wood shredded into large and small shavings by machine. The upper core layer, core layer, and lower core layer use large shavings with a moisture content of 8-10%, a length of 5-9 cm, and a width of 2-4.5 cm. The upper and lower surface layers use small shavings with a moisture content of 10-13%. Small shavings with a size of 20-100 mesh account for 86-88.6%, small shavings with a size of less than 100 mesh account for 10.2-11.8%, and small shavings with a size of more than 20 mesh account for 1-4.3%.

3. The net-zero green energy FOSB board structure as described in claim 1, wherein 5.5-7 wt% adhesive and 8-11.5 wt% adhesive are applied to the small wood shavings of the upper and lower surface layers, and 4-6.5 wt% adhesive and 0.5-2.5 wt% paraffin emulsion are applied to the large wood shavings of the upper core layer, core layer and lower core layer.

4. The net-zero green FOSB sheet structure as described in claim 3, wherein the adhesive comprises: It is made by mixing isocyanate, urea-formaldehyde resins, phenolic resin, melamine co-polycondensation resin, or methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) in a specific ratio.

5. The net-zero green energy FOSB board structure as described in claim 1, wherein small and large wood shavings after gluing are laid out layer by layer in a directional manner, wherein the upper core layer and lower core layer shavings are arranged longitudinally, and the core layer shavings are arranged transversely, to obtain a board blank, wherein the quality of the board blank is 5~15% for the upper surface layer, 10~25% for the upper core layer, 10~30% for the core layer, 10~25% for the lower core layer, and 5~15% for the lower surface layer.

6. The net-zero green energy FOSB board structure as described in claim 5, wherein the board blank is pre-pressed at a pressure of 1.0~1.8MPa for 3.5~5min; the board blank is then hot-pressed at a temperature of 160~200℃, a pressure of 2~6MPa, and a time of 0.3~0.6min / mm; the hot-pressed board blank is then cooled, trimmed, and sanded to obtain the net-zero green energy FOSB board.
