Abstract

This invention relates to an auxiliary tool for suspending rollers of a straightening machine. It includes a crossbar and a hook. The bottom of the crossbar connects to the straightening machine roller and has sliding grooves extending towards opposite ends. A plurality of positioning holes are spaced apart above and connected to the sliding grooves. The hook connects to a suspension device and is linearly movable within the sliding groove of the crossbar. It can engage with any of the positioning holes. This allows the hook to be moved along the sliding groove of the crossbar and engaged with the positioning hole corresponding to the center of gravity of the straightening machine roller, based on the roller's center of gravity position. Without disassembling the hook, it can be quickly adjusted to a suitable suspension position, ensuring the balance of the straightening machine roller during lifting, thus improving work efficiency and safety.

Claims

1. A straightener roller suspension auxiliary tool, capable of connecting a straightener roller and a suspension device, wherein the top of the straightener roller has two sets of upwardly extending and spaced apart portions, the straightener roller suspension auxiliary tool comprising: a crossbar, the bottom of which can connect to the two sets of portions of the straightener roller, and having a sliding groove and a plurality of positioning holes, the sliding groove extending toward opposite ends of the crossbar, the plurality of positioning holes being spaced apart and located above the sliding groove and communicating with the sliding groove; and a hook, capable of connecting to the suspension device, linearly movable in the sliding groove of the crossbar, and capable of engaging with any of the positioning holes.

2. The straightener roller suspension auxiliary tool as described in claim 1, wherein, Two connecting plates are formed at the bottom of the crossbar. The two connecting plates extend downwards from the crossbar and correspond to the positions of the two sets of the straightening machine rollers. They can be inserted into the two sets of the straightening machine rollers respectively. The straightening machine roller hanging auxiliary tool includes two fixing members. The two fixing members are detachably installed in the two sets of the straightening machine rollers and the two connecting plates of the crossbar respectively.
