Abstract
Claims
1. A nano-linked liposome structure containing plant-derived extracellular bodies and extracts, comprising: a lipid-linked core layer formed by a mixture of solid and liquid lipids, encapsulating mulberry bark extract therein; an active ingredient distribution layer encapsulating the outer side of the lipid-linked core layer, and composed of Centella asiatica extracellular bodies; and an interface-stabilizing shell layer encapsulating the outer side of the active ingredient distribution layer, and composed of one or more surfactants.
2. The nano-linked liposome structure as described in claim 1, wherein the solid lipid is selected from at least one of cetyl alcohol, stearic acid, glyceryl monostearate (GMS), and plant waxes.
3. The nano-linked liposome structure as described in claim 1, wherein the liquid lipid is selected from at least one of medium-chain triglycerides, squalane, and vegetable oil.
4. The nano-linked liposome structure as described in claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the solid lipid and the liquid lipid is between 60:40 and 90:
10.
5. The nano-linked liposome structure as described in claim 1, wherein the surfactant is a nonionic surfactant.
6. The nano-linked liposome structure as described in claim 5, wherein the nonionic surfactant is selected from phospholipids, polysorbates, or poloxamer.
7. The nano-linked liposome structure as described in claim 1, wherein the particle size of the nano-linked liposome structure is in the range of 50 to 300 nanometers.
