Abstract

A lens cover module and an electronic device with a lens are disclosed. The lens cover module includes a base with a lens window, a carrier plate, a cover receiving groove, and a cover assembly. The carrier plate includes a frame body and a guide portion, which is disposed on one side of the frame body. The cover receiving groove is disposed between the base and the carrier plate. The cover assembly includes a push rod, a first cover unit, and a second cover unit. The push rod is located on the side of the frame body where the guide portion is located. The first cover unit and the second cover unit are disposed within the cover receiving groove. The push rod is movable along a first direction to drive the first cover unit and the second cover unit, causing the first blocking plate of the first cover unit and the second blocking plate of the second cover unit to be pushed and moved along a second direction to cover or expose the lens window.

Claims

1. A lens cover module, comprising: a base including a lens window; a carrier plate including a frame body and at least one guide portion, the frame body being disposed on the base, and the guide portion being disposed on one side of the frame body; a cover receiving groove disposed between the base and the carrier plate; and a cover assembly including a push rod, a first cover unit, and a second cover unit, the push rod being located on the side of the frame body where the guide portion is located, the first cover unit and the second cover unit being respectively disposed on opposite sides of the cover receiving groove along a second direction, wherein... The first covering unit has a first blocking plate and a first connecting rod, with the two ends of the first connecting rod rotatably connected to the first blocking plate and the push rod, respectively. The second covering unit has a second blocking plate and a second connecting rod, with the two ends of the second connecting rod rotatably connected to the second blocking plate and the push rod, respectively. The push rod can be displaced along a first direction to drive the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod to move, so that the first blocking plate and the second blocking plate can be moved along the second direction by being pushed by the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod, respectively, to cooperate in blocking or revealing the lens window. The first direction and the second direction are different.

2. The lens cover module as claimed in claim 1 further includes a movable member connected to the push rod and capable of displacement along the first direction.

3. The lens cover module as described in claim 2, wherein, The movable component moves along the first direction between a first end and a second end; when the movable component is at the first end, it drives the push rod away from the cover groove, and the first and second blocking plates are outside the range of the lens window, so that the lens cover module is in an open state to expose the lens window; when the movable component moves from the first end toward the second end, it drives the push rod to move toward the cover groove, so that the first and second connecting rods are pushed, thereby causing the first and second blocking plates to move along the second direction toward the center of the lens window, and cooperate to cover the lens window, so that the lens cover module is in a shielded state to block the lens window.

4. The lens cover module as described in claim 3, wherein, The base also includes a push rod receiving groove, which is disposed between the base and the carrier plate and is arranged adjacent to the cover groove along the first direction. At least part of the guide portion covers the push rod receiving groove, and the push rod is disposed in the push rod receiving groove. When the moving member is located at the first end, the push rod is located on the side of the push rod receiving groove away from the cover groove. When the moving member is located at the second end, the push rod is located on the side of the push rod receiving groove close to the cover groove.

5. The lens cover module as described in claim 2, wherein, The carrier plate includes two guide portions, which are spaced apart on one side of the frame body in the second direction. Each guide portion forms a guide slide extending along the first direction. The push rod has a connecting portion, a first protrusion, and a second protrusion. The connecting portion extends along the second direction. The first protrusion is located at the end of the connecting portion away from the moving member, and the second protrusion is located at the end of the connecting portion close to the moving member and connects to the moving member. The first protrusion and the second protrusion extend into the guide slide of the corresponding two guide portions, so that the push rod can be limited to move in the extension direction of the guide slide.

6. The lens cover module as described in claim 5, wherein, The two ends of the first link are rotatably connected to the first shield and the first protrusion, respectively, and the two ends of the second link are rotatably connected to the second shield and the second protrusion, respectively.

7. The lens cover module as described in claim 5, wherein, The covering assembly also includes a motion resistance structure disposed between the first protrusion and the corresponding guide portion, and is selected from a friction element, a viscous medium, or a combination thereof.

8. The lens cover module as described in claim 7, wherein, The motion resistance structure has a friction element, which is selected from an O-ring or a C-ring, and the outer diameter of the friction element is greater than the width of the guide slide. When the friction element is located between the first protrusion and the corresponding guide portion, the friction element is subjected to a radial compressive force from the guide portion.

9. The lens cover module as described in claim 2, wherein, The base also includes a sliding opening that extends along the first direction and is formed on one side wall of the base. The movable member extends out of the sliding opening and can move along the sliding opening.

10. The lens cover module as described in claim 9, wherein, The movable part has a mounting part, an operating part, and a fixing part. The mounting part is disposed on the push rod, and the fixing part connects the mounting part and the operating part. The operating part extends out of the base from the sliding port.

11. The lens cover module as claimed in claim 1 further includes a magnetic unit having a fixed magnet and a movable magnet, the fixed magnet being disposed on the frame body adjacent to the first cover plate, and the movable magnet being disposed on the first cover plate.

12. The lens cover module as described in claim 1, wherein, The weight of the second shielding plate is greater than the weight of the first shielding plate.

13. The lens cover module as claimed in claim 1 further includes a sensing unit, the sensing unit including a sensor and a trigger, the trigger being disposed on the push rod, and the sensor being disposed on the base for sensing position information of the trigger.

14. The lens cover module as described in claim 1, wherein, The first and second blocking plates each have a matching abutting slope. When the first and second blocking plates jointly block the lens window, the abutting slope of the first blocking plate abuts against the abutting slope of the second blocking plate.

15. The lens cover module as described in claim 5, wherein, The connecting portion of the push rod forms at least one notch, and the carrier plate also has at least one extension that extends from the frame body and fits into the notch.

16. An electronic device having a lens, configured with a lens cover module as described in any one of claims 1 to 15.
