Abstract
Claims
1. A spiral receiving structure for a semi-automatic ice cream machine, comprising a housing, wherein a discharging mechanism and a receiving mechanism are provided on the housing, characterized in that: the receiving mechanism includes a material placement seat disposed on the housing, the front side of the housing having an elongated groove, the material placement seat being capable of simultaneous vertical movement and horizontal swinging; a mounting slider disposed within the housing and capable of vertical movement, a limiting sleeve being fixed on the mounting slider, a support sleeve being rotatably disposed on the limiting sleeve, a horizontally arranged swinging rod passing through the support sleeve, the front end of the swinging rod passing through the elongated groove and fixed to the material placement seat; and a rotating disk disposed on the side of the mounting slider and capable of rotational movement, a rotating rod being disposed on the rotating disk, the rear end of the swinging rod being fixed to the outer end of the rotating rod.
2. The spiral feeding structure of the semi-automatic ice cream machine as described in claim 1, wherein a longitudinally arranged U-shaped mounting plate is fixed on the inner wall of the front side of the machine housing, a longitudinally arranged and rotatable screw is rotatably arranged on the inner wall of the U-shaped mounting plate, the mounting slider is threadedly connected to the outer periphery of the screw, and a mounting slide rail that slides and engages with the mounting slider is fixed on the inner wall of the side plate of the U-shaped mounting plate.
3. The spiral feeding structure of the semi-automatic ice cream machine as described in claim 2, wherein a drive motor is fixedly installed at the bottom of the U-shaped mounting plate, and the end of the screw is fixed to the output end of the drive motor.
4. The spiral feeding structure of the semi-automatic ice cream machine as described in claim 1, wherein an L-shaped support plate is fixed on the mounting slider, a rotary motor is fixed on the L-shaped support plate, and the output shaft of the rotary motor is fixed to the rotating disk.
5. The spiral receiving structure of the semi-automatic ice cream machine as described in claim 1, wherein the rotating disk has a spiral rotating groove, and the bottom end of the rotating rod is placed in the rotating groove.
6. The spiral feeding structure of the semi-automatic ice cream machine as described in claim 1, wherein the front side of the machine housing is provided with an induction switch located above the long groove.
7. The spiral feeding structure of the semi-automatic ice cream machine as described in claim 1, wherein a retaining ring can be locked inside the feeding seat.
