Abstract

The transformer core comprises a core body formed of stacked steel layers, each winding consisting of multiple thin steel segments wound together. Each steel segment includes stepped overlapping connections to reduce air gaps that impede magnetic flux. These multiple connections facilitate assembly and disassembly without prying open the core, thus reducing damage during maintenance. This core is suitable for three-phase delta transformers with a three-legged configuration, providing balanced magnetic flux flow between phases and improved operating efficiency.

Claims

1. A transformer core, comprising a core body (1), steel sheets (2), connecting portions (3), bend portions (4), and steel layers (5), characterized in that the core body (1) is formed by stacking at least two steel layers (5), each steel layer (5) being formed by winding one or more turns of steel sheets (2) along the core body (1), wherein each turn of each winding includes one or more cut portions, and the core body (1) includes bend portions (4) formed by bending the steel sheets (2); wherein, In one winding, the steel sheet (2) includes a connecting portion (3) for connecting and separating the core body (1), the connecting portion (3) overlapping in a stepped manner between the end of the steel sheet (2) and the adjacent outer steel sheet layer, such that gaps (30) are formed between the cut steel sheets (2), and at least two connecting portions (3) are provided on the core body (1).

2. As in request item 1, the transformer core, wherein, The iron core body (1) has a geometric cross-sectional shape.

3. As in request item 1, the transformer core, wherein, The steel sheet (2) is cut twice for each winding turn.

4. As in request item 1, the transformer core, wherein, The steel sheet (2) is selected from silicon steel sheets, nanocrystalline alloys, amorphous alloys, magnetic composite materials and iron-nickel alloys.

5. As in request item 1, the transformer core, wherein, The connecting part (3) is placed on the same support, opposite support, same yoke, opposite yoke, or support and yoke connected together.

6. As in request item 1, the transformer core, wherein, The transformer core is assembled into a conventional transformer or a three-dimensional transformer.
