Abstract

This invention relates to a workpiece posture adjustment device, suitable for adjusting the posture of a workpiece. It comprises: a first driving mechanism; a second driving mechanism disposed on the first driving mechanism and capable of multi-axial linear movement driven by the first driving mechanism; and a holding fixture detachably connected to the second driving mechanism and capable of multi-axial rotational movement driven by the second driving mechanism. The holding fixture includes a holding member for holding the workpiece, the holding member supporting the workpiece on a horizontal mounting surface. Compared to prior art, this device can automatically adjust the posture of the workpiece, saving time and effort and reducing errors caused by manual movement.

Claims

1. A workpiece posture adjustment device, suitable for adjusting the posture of a workpiece, comprising: a first driving mechanism; a second driving mechanism disposed on the first driving mechanism and capable of being driven by the first driving mechanism to perform linear movement in multiple axes; a holding fixture detachably connected to the second driving mechanism and capable of being driven by the second driving mechanism to perform rotational movement in multiple axes; the holding fixture is provided with a holding member capable of holding the workpiece, the holding member supporting the workpiece on a horizontal mounting surface.

2. The workpiece posture adjustment device as described in claim 1, wherein, The retainer is provided with at least one negative pressure suction hole on the mounting surface.

3. The workpiece posture adjustment device as described in claim 1, wherein, The first drive mechanism is located below the second drive mechanism, and the retaining fixture is located above the second drive mechanism.

4. The workpiece posture adjustment device as described in claim 1, wherein, The first drive mechanism includes a first direct drive component disposed on a machine table, a second direct drive component disposed on the first direct drive component, and a third direct drive component disposed on the second direct drive component; the first drive mechanism can drive the second drive mechanism to drive the holding fixture to move the workpiece in a first direction, a second direction, and a third direction in a linear motion; the first direction, the second direction, and the third direction are orthogonal to each other.

5. The workpiece posture adjustment device as described in claim 4, wherein, The first direction and the third direction are horizontal, and the second direction is vertical.

6. The workpiece posture adjustment device as described in claim 4, wherein, The first direct motion component can drive the second direct motion component to move linearly along the first direction, the second direct motion component can drive the third direct motion component to move linearly along the second direction, and the third direct motion component can drive the second drive mechanism to move linearly along the third direction.

7. The workpiece posture adjustment device as described in claim 1, wherein, The second drive mechanism is provided with a first rotating component and a second rotating component disposed on the first driving mechanism; the second drive mechanism can drive the holding fixture to rotate the workpiece around a first axis and a second axis; the first axis is parallel to a first direction, the second axis is parallel to a second direction, and the first direction and the second direction are orthogonal to each other.

8. The workpiece posture adjustment device as described in claim 7, wherein, The first direction is horizontal, and the second direction is vertical.

9. The workpiece posture adjustment device as described in claim 7, wherein, The first rotating component includes a first rotating rail seat, a first rotating slide seat disposed on the first rotating rail seat, and a first rotating power source; the first rotating rail seat has an arcuate concave surface facing the first rotating slide seat, and the first rotating slide seat has an arcuate convex surface facing the first rotating rail seat. The first rotating slide seat can be driven by the first rotating power source to move in an arc along the first rotating rail seat and cause the second rotating component to swing in an arcuate path. The first trajectory formed by the swing of the first rotating slide seat in an arcuate path is centered on the first axis.

10. The workpiece posture adjustment device as described in claim 7, wherein, The second rotating assembly is provided with a second rotating power source and a mounting base provided on the second rotating power source. The mounting base can be driven by the second rotating power source to rotate around the second axis and rotate together with the holding fixture.

11. The workpiece posture adjustment device as described in claim 7, wherein, The second rotating component is located directly above the first rotating component.
