Abstract

This invention provides a large stamping press with a protective door, comprising: a machine base having a platform portion, a first column portion fixed to the platform portion, and a second column portion fixed to the platform portion and forming a stamping area with the first column portion and the platform portion; and a protective door body movably disposed on the first column portion and the second column portion of the machine base between a shielded position and an open position. When the protective door body is in the shielded position, the protective door body shields the stamping area; when the protective door body is in the open position, the protective door body does not shield the stamping area. Accordingly, while maintaining stamping efficiency, the operational safety of the equipment can be effectively improved.
