Abstract
Claims
1. A rapid cooling device, comprising: The tank has a first end, a second end relative to the first end, an inner space between the first end and the second end, an inner wall surrounding the inner space, an outer wall relative to the inner wall, and a first interlayer space between the inner wall and the outer wall, the first interlayer space being configured to contain coolant. A hollow rotating shaft includes a double-layered cup portion disposed within the internal space of a tank, the double-layered cup portion having an internal space and a second interlayer space isolated from the internal space, the second interlayer space being configured to contain the coolant; a fixing rod disposed within the internal space of the double-layered cup portion; a first scraper-type blade disposed around and connected to the double-layered cup portion; a second scraper-type blade disposed around and connected to the fixing rod; a first end cap disposed at a first end of the tank; a second end cap disposed at a second end of the tank; and a motor configured to drive the hollow rotating shaft to rotate.
2. The rapid cooling device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hollow shaft further includes a double-layered hollow rod portion extending outward from one end of the double-layered cup portion, and the double-layered hollow rod portion being located outside the groove space of the groove body.

The rapid cooling device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the double-layer hollow rod portion has an outer layer channel and an inner layer channel, the second interlayer space of the double-layer cup portion is defined by a separator to form an outer layer channel and an inner layer channel communicating with the outer layer channel, the outer layer channel of the double-layer hollow rod portion is communicating with the outer layer channel of the second interlayer space, and the inner layer channel of the double-layer hollow rod portion is communicating with the inner layer channel of the second interlayer space.
4. The rapid cooling device as described in claim 3, further comprising: A dual-channel connector is connected to the double-layer hollow rod portion of the hollow rotating shaft. The dual-channel connector has a first channel and a second channel. The first channel is connected to the outer channel of the double-layer hollow rod portion, and the second channel is connected to the inner channel of the double-layer hollow rod portion.
5. The rapid cooling device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the tank further has a coolant inlet and a coolant outlet, the coolant inlet and the coolant outlet communicating with the first interlayer space.

The rapid cooling device as described in claim 5, further comprising: A coolant supply unit configured to supply the coolant; A delivery pump, connected to the coolant supply unit and configured to deliver the coolant; The first pipeline connects the delivery pump to the coolant inlet of the tank and the first channel of the dual-channel connector; and a second pipeline, which connects the delivery pump to the coolant outlet of the tank and the second channel of the dual-channel connector.

The rapid cooling device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the double-layer cup portion further has an inner bottom surface and a groove recessed into the inner bottom surface of the cup toward the second end cap, the fixing rod includes a rod body and a fixing seat, the rod body has a first end and a second end opposite to the first end, the first end of the rod body is disposed in the groove of the double-layer cup portion, and the fixing seat is connected to the second end of the rod body.

11. The rapid cooling device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first end cap has an inlet and an outlet, the inlet communicating with the cup interior space of the double-layered cup body portion, and the outlet communicating with the tank interior space of the tank body.
12. The rapid cooling device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first end cap has an annular groove, the double-layer cup portion has an annular rim, and the annular rim of the double-layer cup portion is disposed in the annular groove of the first end cap.
13. The rapid cooling device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the distance between the second scraper blade and the inner wall of the double-layer cup portion is equal to the distance between the first scraper blade and the inner sidewall of the tank.
