Abstract

This application relates to the field of recycling equipment technology, and provides a beverage container recycling device, including a collection mechanism. At least two recycling elements are arranged along the length of the collection mechanism. Each recycling element has a recycling port, and a transmission element is arranged on the recycling port of an adjacent recycling element. Beverage containers are conveyed along the transmission elements, with each end of the transmission element corresponding to one of the two adjacent recycling elements. When the transmission element is in a first state, it blocks the upstream recycling port, conveying the beverage container to the downstream recycling element. When the transmission element is in a second state, it opens the upstream recycling port, conveying the beverage container to the upstream recycling element. Based on this, space can be fully utilized, and operation and maintenance costs can be reduced.

Claims

1. A beverage container recycling device, comprising a collection mechanism, wherein at least two recycling elements are arranged along the length direction within the collection mechanism, each recycling element having a recycling port, and a transmission element is arranged on the recycling port of an adjacent recycling element, wherein a beverage container is transmitted along the transmission element, and the two ends of the transmission element correspond to the two adjacent recycling elements respectively; when the transmission element is in a first state, the transmission element blocks the upstream corresponding recycling port, and the beverage container is transmitted to the downstream corresponding recycling element; when the transmission element is in a second state, the transmission element opens the upstream corresponding recycling port, and the beverage container is transmitted to the upstream corresponding recycling element.

2. The beverage container recycling equipment as described in claim 1, wherein, The transmission element is provided with a flipping element. The transmission element includes a transmission base and a conveyor belt. The transmission base is installed on the container mechanism. One end of the conveyor belt is rotatably connected to the transmission base. The flipping element drives the conveyor belt to rotate along the transmission base to open or cover the recycling port.

3. The beverage container recycling equipment as described in claim 2, wherein, One end of the conveyor belt is rotatably configured, and the flipping element includes a first driving member. The output end of the first driving member is connected to the middle section of the conveyor belt, and the first driving member drives the conveyor belt to flip.

4. The beverage container recycling equipment as described in claim 3, wherein, The first driving component is a telescopic rod element, the body of which is rotatably mounted and the telescopic rod is rotatably connected to the transmission element.

5. The beverage container recycling equipment as described in claim 1, wherein, The downstream end of the transmission element is rotatably configured. When the transmission element is flipped upwards or left or right, it is in a second state, and the beverage container is conveyed to the corresponding recycling port upstream of the transmission element.

6. The beverage container recycling equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein, At least two sets of the recycling elements are arranged along the width direction of the container mechanism, and the transmission elements are arranged accordingly.

7. The beverage container recycling equipment as claimed in claim 1 further includes a recycling machine, a compressor, and a conveyor, wherein the recycling machine has an identification module, the beverage container is compressed by the compressor after entering the recycling machine, the compressor is connected to the conveyor, and the beverage container is conveyed to the conveying element by the conveyor.

8. The beverage container recycling equipment as described in claim 1, wherein, The transmission element is movable, moving horizontally or vertically to open or close the recycling port; or the transmission element is rotated, rotating horizontally or vertically to open or close the recycling port.

9. The beverage container recycling equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The transmission element includes a conveyor belt, which is installed above two adjacent recycling elements. The two ends of the conveyor belt correspond to the two adjacent recycling elements respectively. In the first state, when the conveyor belt rotates forward, it transports beverage containers to the corresponding downstream recycling element. In the second state, when the conveyor belt rotates in reverse, it transports beverage bottles to the corresponding upstream recycling element.

10. The beverage container recycling device as described in claim 9, wherein, The recycling element comprises three or more components, and the corresponding transmission element comprises two or more components, with the multiple transmission elements arranged along the conveying direction. In two adjacent sets of transmission elements, the downstream end of the conveyor belt of the upstream transmission element is higher than the upstream end of the conveyor belt of the downstream transmission element. In two adjacent sets of transmission elements, the upstream end of the conveyor belt of the upstream transmission element is connected to the recycling port of a recycling element, and the downstream end is connected to the conveyor belt of the downstream transmission element. The upstream end of the conveyor belt of the downstream transmission element is connected to the recycling port of a recycling element. If the downstream end of the conveyor belt of the downstream transmission element is not connected to another set of transmission elements, then the downstream end is directly connected to the recycling port of a recycling element; otherwise, it is connected to the conveyor belt of the downstream transmission element. Each transmission element also includes a transmission base, which is erected between two adjacent recycling elements, and the conveyor belt is mounted on the transmission base.
