Claims

1. A core-shell structure containing a compound extract, comprising: a core layer containing a compound extract comprising Vistula cherry extract, pepper extract, blood orange extract, and jujube seed extract; and a shell layer formed on the outer surface of the core layer, comprising a component selected from the group consisting of GABA, sesamin, L-tryptophan, vitamin B6, magnesium glycine, and combinations thereof.

2. The core-shell structure as described in claim 1, wherein, This compound extract contains 25 to 100 mg of Vistula sour cherry extract, 25 to 100 mg of pepper extract, 25 to 100 mg of blood orange extract, and 10 to 50 mg of jujube seed extract.

3. The core-shell structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The shell contains 50 to 100 mg of GABA, 5 to 15 mg of sesamin, 25 to 100 mg of L-tryptophan, 0.2 to 0.6 mg of vitamin B6, and 25 to 100 mg of magnesium glycine.

4. The core-shell structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the core layer further comprises a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

5. The core-shell structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the shell further comprises a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
