Abstract
Claims
1. A test probe, comprising: The first probe has a sleeve portion on its lower surface; the conductive component consists of an elastic body and a second probe, the elastic body being electrically connected between the first probe and the second probe, and the second probe having a sleeve ring at one end, the sleeve ring being movably fitted upward onto the sleeve portion of the first probe; wherein the first probe and the conductive component are a two-piece structure, and the first probe and the second probe are electrically connected through the elastic body.
2. The test probe as claimed in claim 1, wherein the elastomer has a plurality of wide, flat V-shaped tabs, and the second probe has an internal space.
3. The test probe as claimed in claim 1, wherein the elastomer has a plurality of wide, flat, annular springs, which are connected to each other by longitudinal spacers.
4. The test probe as described in claim 1, wherein the elastomer is a tubular spring.
5. The test probe as described in claim 1, wherein the lower surface of the second probe has a second probe.
6. A test probe, comprising: A first probe has a socket portion; a conductive assembly consists of an elastic body and a second probe, wherein the elastic body has a socket ring at one end of the second probe, and the socket ring is movably fitted upward onto the socket portion of the first probe; a conductive sheet is electrically connected between the first probe and the second probe; wherein the first probe and the conductive assembly are a two-piece structure, and the first probe and the second probe are electrically connected through the conductive sheet.
7. The test probe as described in claim 6, wherein the conductive sheet is elongated, wide, flat, and elastically stretchable.
8. The test probe as described in claim 6, wherein the elastomer is a tubular spring.
9. The test probe as described in claim 6, wherein the lower surface of the second probe has a second probe.
