Abstract

This invention relates to a rectifier diffuser and its rectifier module, comprising a housing with a base, an airflow channel and a blower unit inside the base, and a rectifier module disposed at the air outlet of the blower unit. The rectifier module includes a frame and a plurality of blades, with airflow holes formed between adjacent blades. The plurality of blades form a first guide surface and a second guide surface, and a turning portion is formed between the first guide surface and the second guide surface, which bends outward, so that the bending angle is not continuous. The plurality of air guide holes are provided at the second guide surface extending from the center of the plurality of blades to the local area of the four edges, which can reduce pressure loss and improve airflow uniformity. The aforementioned plurality of air guide holes can avoid the problem of excessive airflow concentration in the central area, thereby improving airflow uniformity.

Claims

1. A rectifier diffuser, comprising a housing having a base, the base having an airflow channel inside, a blower unit being disposed at the air inlet of the airflow channel, and a rectifier module being disposed at the air outlet of the blower unit. The rectifier module includes a frame having a plurality of crisscrossing blades inside the frame, and airflow holes being formed between adjacent blades. The blades have a first guide surface near the blower unit and a second guide surface that gradually expands away from the blower unit. A bend is formed between the outwardly bent first guide surface and the second guide surface, causing the bend angle to be discontinuous. The blades are provided with a plurality of air guide holes at the second guide surface extending from the center to the four edges of the local area, which can reduce pressure loss and improve airflow uniformity.

2. The rectifier diffuser as claimed in claim 1, wherein the local area from the center to the four edges where the air guide holes are provided may be in the shape of a cross, an X, a rectangle, a long rectangle or a rhombus.

3. The rectifier diffuser as claimed in claim 1, wherein the blades are arranged in a 13×13 matrix, and the blades include the first to the thirteenth horizontal positions from top to bottom, and the second guide surface of the first to the thirteenth blades bends outward at angles ranging from 66 to 68 degrees, 64 to 66 degrees, 60 to 62 degrees, 55 to 57 degrees, 47 to 49 degrees, 36 to 38 degrees, 21 to 23 degrees, 2 to 4 degrees, 16 to 18 degrees, 32 to 34 degrees, 44 to 46 degrees, 53 to 55 degrees, and 55 to 57 degrees.

4. The rectifier diffuser as claimed in claim 1, wherein the blades are arranged in a 13×13 matrix, and the blades include the 1st to 13th vertical positions from left to right, and the second guide surface of the 1st to 13th blades bends outward at angles ranging from 61 to 63 degrees, 60 to 62 degrees, 56 to 58 degrees, 52 to 54 degrees, 47 to 49 degrees, 40 to 42 degrees, 31 to 33 degrees, 20 to 22 degrees, 7 to 9 degrees, 4 to 6 degrees, 17 to 19 degrees, 29 to 31 degrees, and 31 to 33 degrees.

5. The rectifier diffuser as claimed in claim 1, wherein the blades are arranged in a 13×13 matrix, and the air guide holes are provided at the 4th to 10th horizontal positions from top to bottom and the 4th to 10th vertical positions from left to right of the blades, and the blades with the air guide holes are arranged in a cross shape.

6. The rectifier diffuser as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air guide holes on the blade are arranged in a long rectangle or parallelogram, and the diameter of the air guide holes is between 4.5 mm and 6.5 mm, and the distance between adjacent air guide holes is between 11.5 mm and 13.5 mm.

7. The rectifier diffuser as claimed in claim 1, wherein a fixing plate is provided between the blower unit and the rectifier module, and the fixing plate is provided with the air outlet for gas to pass through.

8. The rectifier diffuser as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rectifier module has a pressure loss module on the other side relative to the blower unit, the pressure loss module including a frame having a plurality of through holes arranged in a matrix.

9. A rectifier module for a rectifier diffuser, comprising a frame having a plurality of crisscrossing blades inside the frame, and airflow holes formed between adjacent blades, the blades having a first guide surface and a second guide surface, wherein a transition portion is formed between the outwardly bent first guide surface and the second guide surface to prevent the bending angle from being continuous, wherein... The blades are provided with a plurality of air guide holes at the second guide surface extending from the center to the four edges of the local area, which can reduce pressure loss and improve airflow uniformity.

10. The rectifier module of the rectifier diffuser as described in claim 9, wherein the blades are arranged in a 13×13 matrix, and the air guide holes are provided at the 4th to 10th horizontal positions from top to bottom and the 4th to 10th vertical positions from left to right of the blades, and the blades with the air guide holes are arranged in a cross shape.
