Abstract

This invention provides an organic deodorizing device with dual heating sources, comprising a housing, a heating element module, a plurality of heat source flow pipes, and a cover. The housing forms an internal accommodating space for accommodating the organic matter to be treated; one end of the housing has an opening; a first heat flow channel is provided between the opening end face of the housing and the inner peripheral wall of the housing. The heating element module is disposed within at least the accommodating space. The heating element module is connected to a first heating source. The plurality of heating elements and the plurality of heat source flow pipes of the heating element module are respectively arranged along the axial direction of the housing, and are arranged in a ring array within the accommodating space along the axial direction of the housing. The first heat flow channel connects to each heat source flow pipe from the opening end face; the heat source flow pipes are provided with a plurality of nozzles spaced apart along the axial direction of the housing. The cover is disposed at the opening. The cover has a second heat flow channel. The second heat flow channel is configured to connect to the first heat flow channel from the end face of the cover facing away from the opening. The second heat flow channel is connected to a second heating source.

Claims

1. An organic deodorizing device with dual heating sources, comprising: a housing having an internal accommodating space for accommodating organic matter to be treated; an opening at one end of the housing; a first heat flow channel being provided between the opening end face of the housing and the inner peripheral wall of the housing; a heating tube module being disposed at least in the accommodating space; a plurality of heating tubes of the heating tube module being arranged along the axial direction of the housing and arranged in a ring array in the accommodating space with respect to the axial direction of the housing; and the heating tube module being connected to a first heating source; A plurality of heat source flow tubes are disposed in the accommodating space; the plurality of heat source flow tubes are arranged along the axial direction of the housing and are arranged in a ring array in the accommodating space along the axial direction of the housing; the first heat flow channel is connected to each heat source flow tube from the opening end face; the heat source flow tubes are provided with a plurality of nozzles spaced apart along the axial direction of the housing; and a cover is disposed in the opening to open or close the opening; the cover has a second heat flow channel; the second heat flow channel is connected from the end face of the cover opposite to the opening to the interior of the cover, and from the interior of the cover to the end face of the cover facing the opening, so as to connect to the first heat flow channel; the end of the second heat flow channel located on the end face of the cover opposite to the opening is connected to a second heating source.

2. The organic deodorizing device with dual heating sources as claimed in claim 1, wherein the shell system rotates relative to the cover.

3. The organic deodorizing device with dual heating sources as claimed in claim 1, wherein the portion of the first heat flow channel at the opening end face and the portion of the second heat flow channel at the end face of the cover facing the opening are corresponding semi-circular annular grooves.

4. An organic deodorizing device with dual heating sources as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the second heating source is a dry hot gas.

5. The organic deodorizing device with dual heating sources as claimed in claim 4, wherein the nozzle is a reversible nozzle.

6. The organic deodorizing device with dual heating sources as claimed in claim 4, wherein the heating tube module includes an annular heating tube, a plurality of first heating tubes, and a plurality of second heating tubes; the annular heating tube is disposed at one end of the housing adjacent to the opening; the plurality of first heating tubes and the plurality of second heating tubes are respectively arranged in an annular array in the accommodating space about the axial direction of the housing, and one end of the first heating tubes and the second heating tubes is connected to the annular heating tube.

7. The organic deodorizing device with dual heating sources as claimed in claim 6, wherein a plurality of the heat source flow tubes and a plurality of the first heating tubes and a plurality of the second heating tubes are arranged alternately without overlapping.
