Abstract

This invention provides a bicycle frame comprising a frame body, a seatpost assembly, and a seat assembly. The frame body includes a bottom tube, which includes two retaining members. The seatpost assembly is displaceably disposed within the interior space of the bottom tube and includes a seatpost and a dropper mechanism. The seat assembly is detachably disposed within the interior space and includes a retaining seat, a base, and a shift lever. The retaining seat rests on the two retaining members. The base is detachably disposed on the retaining seat. The shift lever is pivotally mounted on the retaining seat, with its first end detachably resisting the base and its second end detachably abutting against one of the two retaining members. This allows for axial movement of the seatpost assembly within the bottom tube, reducing assembly errors between the seat assembly and the seatpost assembly, and facilitating subsequent maintenance, thus possessing relevant market application potential.

Claims

1. A bicycle frame, comprising: a frame body including a center tube, wherein the center tube has an internal space, and the center tube includes: two limiting supports, which are separated from each other and respectively disposed through a tube wall of the center tube; a seat tube assembly disposed displaceably in the internal space along an axis of the center tube, and the seat tube assembly includes: a tube having a cavity; and a lifting structure disposed in the seat tube cavity, and the lifting structure includes: a cylinder fixed in the seat tube cavity; and a spindle extending from the cylinder and protruding outward into the internal space; and a seat assembly detachably disposed in the internal space, and the seat assembly includes: a limiting seat supported on the two limiting supports, and the two limiting supports are used to position the limiting seat in the internal space; A base, detachably disposed on the limiting seat, wherein the base includes a central through hole and one end of the spindle is inserted through the central through hole; and a lever, pivotally disposed on the limiting seat, wherein the lever includes a first end and a second end, the first end being detachably resisting the base and the second end being detachably abutting against one of the two limiting bearings.

The bicycle frame as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the two retaining members includes a pin, the pin of the two retaining members being detachably abutting against the second end of the lever, and the pin of the other of the two retaining members being detachably resisting the retaining seat.

3. The bicycle frame as claimed in claim 2, wherein the limiting seat includes a positioning recess, and the pin of the other of the two limiting supports is detachably positioned in the positioning recess.

4. The bicycle frame as claimed in claim 1, wherein the limiting seat includes: a receiving groove in which the base is detachably disposed.

5. The bicycle frame as claimed in claim 4, wherein the limiting seat further comprises: a plurality of inner annular surfaces disposed in the receiving groove, and the inner annular surfaces being concentrically disposed about the axis of the center tube.

6. The bicycle frame as claimed in claim 4, wherein the limiting seat further comprises: two positioning grooves, wherein the two limiting supports are respectively positioned in the two positioning grooves.

7. The bicycle frame as claimed in claim 6, wherein the limiting seat further comprises: a recessed groove communicating with one of the receiving groove and the two positioning grooves, and the lever is disposed in the recessed groove.

8. The bicycle frame as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base further includes an outer annular groove, the lever includes a protrusion disposed at the first end of the lever, and the protrusion is detachably engaged in the outer annular groove.

9. The bicycle frame as claimed in claim 1, wherein the limiting seat includes a limiting hole communicating with the central through hole, and the end of the spindle passes through the central through hole and protrudes outward from the limiting hole.

10. The bicycle frame as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base further comprises: an end face structure, wherein the central through hole and the end face structure are located at two different ends of the base.
