Abstract

This invention relates to a water-washing gas filtration device, which mainly consists of a filter module installed in the filter chamber. The filter module includes a metal filter screen, and the metal filter screen contains a plurality of filter elements arranged in series with each other. Water mist devices are installed on the front and back sides of the metal filter screen, so that the gas to be filtered comes into contact with the water mist when passing through the filter elements for wet filtration. The filter elements form a first filter port and a second filter port, which increases the contact probability of particulate matter, ions, etc. carried by the gas with the water film, thereby achieving the effect of air filtration.

Claims

1. A water-washing gas filtration device, mainly comprising a filtration chamber and a filtration module, wherein: The filter chamber has an inlet on one side for the gas to be filtered to enter, and a water-blocking structure is provided in the filter chamber away from the inlet. An outlet is provided on the opposite side of the inlet. The filter module has a metal filter screen in the filter chamber near the inlet, and a water mist device is provided on the front and rear sides of the metal filter screen. The metal filter screen has a frame with a plurality of filter elements arranged in series inside. These filter elements are sprayed by the water mist devices on the front and rear sides to form a water film on the surface, so as to separate particulate matter and ion particles in the gas to be filtered through the water film.

2. The water-washing gas filtration device as described in claim 1, wherein each filter element of the filter module is provided with an arc-shaped curved portion, and each of the curved portions bends downward and inward on both sides to form a hook-string portion connected in series with the curved portion of another filter element, and a first filter port is formed in the filter element, and a second filter port smaller than the first filter port is formed between the two hook-string portions and the other filter element.

3. The water-washing gas filtration device as described in claim 1, wherein the filter elements inside the metal filter screen are arranged in at least two layers, front and back, in addition to being connected in series with each other.

4. The water-washing gas filtration device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filter elements of the filter module are configured as a water-guiding structure with downwardly directed flow channels on their surfaces.

5. The water-washing gas filtration device as described in claim 4, wherein the water guiding structure may be V-shaped, wave-shaped, U-shaped, S-shaped, inclined, or other shapes with a guiding effect.

6. The water-washing gas filtration device as described in claim 4, wherein the water guiding structure is formed by pressing, rolling, forming, arranging or other means.

7. The water-washing gas filtration device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first filter port of the filter elements has a maximum width, and a gap is formed between the two hooks extending from each side of the filter elements, wherein the maximum width is between 3 mm and 4 mm, and the gap is slightly smaller than the maximum width, forming a structure that is wider at the top and narrower at the bottom.

8. The water-washing gas filtration device as described in claim 1, wherein a water collection tray is provided below the filter module and the water-blocking structure.

9. The water-washing gas filtration apparatus as described in claim 1, wherein an air supply mechanism is provided in the filtration chamber near the outlet.

10. The water-washing gas filtration apparatus as described in claim 1, wherein the filter elements may be made of stainless steel.
