Abstract

An ice-making device includes a housing, an ice-making module, and a rotating unit. The housing includes a housing body and a support plate that protrudes forward from the lower end of the housing body. The ice-making module is disposed in the housing and above the support plate, and is used to produce ice. The rotating unit is disposed on the support plate. The rotating unit can hold a container and rotate the container, allowing the container to rotatably receive the ice produced by the ice-making module. With this rotating unit, personnel do not need to manually rotate the container; they can simply place the container on the rotating unit. Because the rotating unit is located below the ice-making module, the container can collect the ice, and the rotation of the container by the rotating unit ensures that the ice is evenly stacked.

Claims

1. An ice-making apparatus, comprising: a chassis, including a chassis body and a support plate extending forward from the lower end of the chassis body; an ice-making module disposed in the chassis and above the support plate for producing ice; and a rotating unit disposed on the support plate, the rotating unit being able to place a container and drive the container to rotate, so that the container rotatably receives the ice produced by the ice-making module.

2. The ice-making apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The rotating unit has a motor mounted on the carrier plate and a turntable detachably mounted on the motor.

3. The ice-making apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein, The turntable has a plate and multiple grippers disposed on the plate.

4. The ice-making apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein, The turntable also has multiple through slots that pass through the plate and correspond to the grippers respectively. Each gripper has a nut and a screw, and the screw can pass through the corresponding through slot. The nuts and the motor are located on opposite sides of the plate respectively.

5. The ice-making apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein, The motor has a transmission shaft, and the turntable also has a mounting block disposed on the plate, the mounting block forming a mounting hole through which the transmission shaft passes.

6. The ice-making apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein, The support tray has a support tray body and a drain tray body disposed above the support tray body. The drain tray body has a through hole. The motor is disposed on the support tray body. The transmission shaft extends into the through hole and does not protrude from the drain tray body. The mounting block passes through the through hole.

7. The ice-making apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein, The motor forms an accommodating space, and the motor also has a power supply component partially located within the accommodating space, and a waterproof adhesive filling the accommodating space and covering a portion of the power supply component.

8. The ice-making apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The ice-making module has two supports, an ice-making wheel unit, and a blade. The supports are spaced apart from each other in the housing. The ice-making wheel unit is disposed on the supports and includes an ice-making wheel pivotally mounted between the supports. The ice-making wheel has an outer peripheral surface for the ice to adhere to. The blade spans between the supports and is adjacent to and spaced apart from the outer peripheral surface of the ice-making wheel body. When the ice-making wheel pivots, the blade can scrape off the ice on the outer peripheral surface and drop it into the container.

9. The ice-making apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein, The rotating unit also has a support platform located between the motor and the turntable, the support platform forming a storage space, the motor being located within the storage space, and the transmission shaft passing through the mounting hole and being detachably engaged with the turntable.

10. The ice-making apparatus of claim 9, wherein the rotating unit further comprises a base plate located below the motor and connected to the support platform, and a plurality of engaging members passing through the base plate and connected to the support platform, the support plate having a draining tray having two grooves extending in a front-rear direction, the grooves being respectively for the engaging members to be detachably engaged.
