Abstract

An ice-making device includes a housing, two supports, an ice-making wheel unit, a blade, and a cup holder. The supports are spaced apart from each other within the housing. The ice-making wheel unit is mounted on the supports. Each ice-making wheel unit includes an ice-making wheel located between the supports and rotatable about an axis relative to the supports. The ice-making wheel has an outer circumferential surface. The ice-making wheel is cooled by a refrigerant fluid, causing the raw material adhering to its outer circumferential surface to solidify into an ice layer. The blade spans the supports parallel to the axis, adjacent to and spaced from the outer circumferential surface of the ice-making wheel, and is capable of scraping away the ice layer from the outer circumferential surface. The cup holder is detachably mounted on the supports and includes a clamping part and two connecting parts connected to the clamping part. The connecting parts are respectively connected to the supports. The clamping part is located below the blade and is used to clamp a cup, allowing the cup to receive the ice scraped away by the blade.

Claims

1. An ice-making apparatus, comprising: a housing; two supports spaced apart from each other in the housing; an ice-making wheel unit disposed on the supports, the ice-making wheel unit including an ice-making wheel located between the supports and rotatable about an axis relative to the supports, the ice-making wheel having an outer peripheral surface, the ice-making wheel being cooled by a refrigerant fluid, causing raw material adhering to the outer peripheral surface to solidify into an ice layer; a blade parallel to the axis, spanning the supports, adjacent to and spaced from the outer peripheral surface of the ice-making wheel, and capable of scraping off the ice layer on the outer peripheral surface; and a cup holder detachably disposed on the supports, and including a clamping portion and two connecting portions connected to the clamping portion, the connecting portions being respectively connected to the supports, the clamping portion being located below the blade and used to clamp a cup, so that the cup receives the ice material scraped off by the blade.

2. The ice-making device as claimed in claim 1 further includes two screws, each screw including a screw head and a screw rod connected to the corresponding screw head, each bracket forming a downward-facing screw hole, each connecting portion forming a screw rod through hole, the screws respectively corresponding to the screw holes and the screw rod through holes, the width of each screw rod through hole allowing the screw rod of the corresponding screw to pass through but not allowing the screw head of the corresponding screw to pass through, the screw rod of each screw extending through the corresponding screw rod through hole and screwed into the corresponding screw hole, so that each connecting portion is connected to the corresponding bracket.

3. The ice-making apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein, Each screw has a long and narrow hole that extends in a front-to-back direction.

4. The ice-making apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein, Each of the connecting parts also has a screw head through hole corresponding to the screw through hole of the connecting part. The screw head through hole communicates with the corresponding screw through hole. The screws also correspond to the screw head through holes respectively. The width of each screw head through hole allows the screw head of the corresponding screw to pass through.

5. The ice-making apparatus as claimed in claim 4 further includes a feed tray for bringing the raw material inside it close to the outer peripheral surface of the ice-making wheel so that it can be adhered to the outer peripheral surface. The feed tray is formed with two mounting holes corresponding to the screws, and the shank of each screw passes through the corresponding shank through hole and the corresponding mounting hole and is screwed into the corresponding screw hole, so that the feed tray is provided with the supports and is located between the connecting portion and the supports.

6. The ice-making apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The clamping part has a receiving groove for receiving the cup.

7. The ice-making apparatus as claimed in claim 6, wherein, The clamping part has an inner edge defining the receiving groove, the inner edge including a straight segment parallel to the axis and two curved segments extending forward from both ends of the straight segment and generally in an arc shape.
