Abstract

An inflation device includes a handle, a pressure gauge detachable from the handle, and a battery cover on one side of the pressure gauge. One end of the handle has a mounting portion, and one side of the pressure gauge has a mounting base. By aligning the mounting portion and the mounting base, the pressure gauge can be quickly and accurately assembled onto the handle, and a locking fastener secures the pressure gauge to the handle. After removing the locking fastener, the pressure gauge can be directly removed from the handle. This improves the ease of mounting and dismounting the pressure gauge. The pressure gauge has an opening with a pivot shaft within it. A pivot end of the battery cover is connected to the pivot shaft for rotatable pivot connection to one side of the pressure gauge, and a closing end of the battery cover can be opened or closed relative to the opening, facilitating battery replacement by the user and preventing the battery cover from falling off.

Claims

1. An inflation device, comprising: a handle, the handle having a mounting portion on a front side, the mounting portion including a mounting groove, a positioning frame located in the mounting groove, a connecting hole located in the positioning frame, a support extending from the outer peripheral surface of the positioning frame, and a fixing portion located in the mounting groove; a pressure gauge having a mounting base detachably coupled to the mounting groove on a rear side, the mounting base including a first positioning block, a second positioning block protruding from the first positioning block, a connecting tube protruding from the second positioning block, and a fixing member located on one side of the first positioning block, and the pressure gauge having a battery receiving groove with an opening located on one side wall thereon; wherein, When the mounting base is engaged with the mounting groove, the support member is clamped and fixed to the outer periphery of the first positioning block, the second positioning block is embedded in the positioning frame, and the connecting pipe is received in the connecting hole; a pivot shaft is located on the side near the opening of the battery receiving groove; a battery cover, one end of which is rotatably pivotally connected to the pivot shaft, so that the battery cover is engaged with the side wall of the pressure gauge in a way that allows the opening of the battery receiving groove to be opened and closed; and a locking fastener is detachably locked to the fixing member and the fixing part from the outside of the mounting part.

2. The inflation device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first positioning block has a guide ramp and the support member has a guide portion that can be aligned with the guide ramp.

3. The inflation device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cross-sectional shape of the second positioning block corresponds to the cross-sectional shape of the positioning frame, such that the outer peripheral surface of the second positioning block is in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the positioning frame.

4. The inflation device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a gasket is provided between the connecting tube and the connecting hole, the connecting tube having an annular groove, and the gasket is received in the groove and abuts against the wall of the connecting hole.

5. The inflation device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixing part has a fixing groove and a fixing hole, the fixing groove being recessed from the surface of the fixing part, the fixing hole communicating with the outside of the mounting part and the mounting groove, the fixing member having a locking hole, the fixing member being disposed in the fixing groove, and the fixing hole and the locking hole being aligned with each other and locked into the locking member.

6. The inflation device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer periphery of the mounting groove forms an annular groove, the mounting base includes a base and a boss protruding from the surface of the base, the first positioning block protruding from the surface of the boss, and the boss engaging with the annular groove.

7. The inflation device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the pressure gauge includes a front cover attached to a mounting base and an outer cover that covers and secures the mounting base and the front cover, wherein the outer cover covers the base, and the boss, the first positioning block, the second positioning block and the connecting tube protrude outside the outer cover.

8. The inflation device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the retainer extends on the surface of the boss.

9. The inflation device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the battery cover comprises a cover body and a pivot end and a closing end located on both sides of the cover body, the pivot end having a pivot hole connected to the pivot shaft, the closing end having an elastic arm extending from the cover body, an elastic space defined between the cover body and the elastic arm, a retaining portion protruding from the free end of the elastic arm, and a latching tenon protruding from the free end of the elastic arm, wherein the retaining portion and the latching tenon are fixed to the opening of the battery receiving groove.

10. The inflation device as claimed in claim 9, wherein a battery holder is housed within the pressure gauge, the battery holder has a battery receiving groove formed therein, a battery cover is disposed over the opening of the battery receiving groove to engage with the battery holder, a set of connection holes and a locking groove are respectively provided on both sides of the battery holder, the set of connection holes and the pivot hole are aligned with each other and assembled with the pivot shaft, the fastening part is fastened to the edge of the opening of the battery receiving groove, and the locking tenon is fastened into the locking groove.

11. The inflation device as claimed in claim 9, wherein the outer surface of the latch forms a beveled portion.
