Abstract

A modular ceiling structure includes a light steel structure, magnetic modules, and enamel panels. This allows the light steel structure to be fixed to the top of a building, while the enamel panels, along with the magnetic modules, can be removably mounted on the bottom surface of the light steel structure. This facilitates easy assembly and installation, convenient disassembly and replacement, significantly reduces assembly time, and generates no construction waste on site.

Claims

1. A modular ceiling structure comprising: at least two light steel structures, each correspondingly disposed thereon; a plurality of magnetic modules, each disposed on the bottom surface of each light steel structure; and a plurality of enamel panels, each having a magnetic attachment portion on its top, such that each enamel panel is removably attached to each magnetic module via the magnetic attachment portion.

2. The modular ceiling structure as described in claim 1, wherein each light steel structure includes a first transverse connecting rod, a second transverse connecting rod, a plurality of longitudinal connecting parts and a plurality of support rods, each second transverse connecting rod is located below each first transverse connecting rod, one end of each longitudinal connecting part is connected to the bottom of each first transverse connecting rod, the other end of each longitudinal connecting part extends out to each second transverse connecting rod, each support rod is disposed between each longitudinal connecting part, and each magnetic module is disposed on the bottom surface of each longitudinal connecting part.

3. The modular ceiling structure as described in claim 2, wherein each longitudinal connection has a different length or the same length.

4. The modular ceiling structure as described in claim 2, wherein each longitudinal connecting part has two longitudinal rods and one transverse rod, the longitudinal rods are respectively arranged adjacent to each other, the transverse rod is arranged between each longitudinal rod, and each magnetic module is respectively arranged on one side of each transverse rod.

5. The modular ceiling structure as described in claim 4, wherein the longitudinal bars are of different or the same length.

6. The modular ceiling structure as described in claim 1, wherein each light steel structure is made of light steel metal or non-metallic material.

7. The modular ceiling structure as described in claim 1, wherein at least one side of each light steel structure is provided with a positioning part, the positioning part being located on at least one side of each enamel panel.

8. The modular ceiling structure as described in claim 1, wherein each magnetic module and each magnetic docking part is a neodymium iron boron magnet.
