Pipe clamp removal device

Abstract

This invention provides a pipe clamp removal device, comprising: a processing table; a fixture disposed on the processing table; a clamp disposed on the processing table and corresponding to the fixture; a three-way pipe disposed in the fixture and fixed between the fixture and the clamp, the three-way pipe comprising a first pipe, a second pipe and a third pipe, each of the second pipe and the third pipe being fitted with a flexible tube, wherein a pipe clamp is fitted onto each flexible tube; two linkage claws disposed on the processing table and respectively clamping the fixing plate on the pipe clamp; and an actuator disposed on the processing table, the actuator being connected to the linkage claws through a linkage mechanism disposed on the processing table, such that when the actuator is activated, the linkage claws also move to remove the fixing plate on the pipe clamp.

Claims

1. A pipe clamp removal device, comprising: a processing table; a fixture disposed on the processing table; a clamp disposed on the processing table and corresponding to the fixture; a tee pipe disposed in the fixture and fixed between the fixture and the clamp, the tee pipe comprising a first pipe, a second pipe and a third pipe, each of the second pipe and the third pipe being fitted with a flexible tube, wherein a pipe clamp is fitted onto each of the flexible tubes; two linked claws disposed on the processing table and respectively clamping a fixing piece on the pipe clamp; and an actuator disposed on the processing table, the actuator being connected to the linked claws through a linkage mechanism disposed on the processing table, such that when the actuator is activated, the linked claws also move to remove the fixing piece on the pipe clamp.

2. The pipe clamp removal device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the actuator includes: a pedal linkage pivotally connected to a bottom shaft at the bottom of the worktable, such that the pedal linkage can be actuated downward about the bottom shaft.

The pipe clamp removal device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the linkage mechanism comprises: a first slider assembly configured to actuate when the actuator is activated, the first slider assembly comprising: A first slider is fitted onto a first column in the processing table and can slide along the first column; a first slider actuation link connects the first slider and the foot pedal linkage; a two-linkage claw linkage has one end connected to the first slider and the other end connected to the two-linkage claws respectively, so that when the foot pedal linkage is actuated downward, the first slider also slides downward, and drives the two-linkage claw linkage to move the linkage claws and remove the fixing piece on the pipe clamp.

The pipe clamp removal device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the linkage mechanism further includes a second slider assembly, comprising: The second slider is fitted onto the second column in the processing table and can slide along the second column; and the second slider actuation link connects the second slider and the pedal linkage.

The pipe clamp removal device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the linkage mechanism further includes a third slider assembly, comprising: A third slider, fitted onto a third column in the processing table, and capable of sliding along the third column; a third slider actuation link, connecting the third slider and the second slider; a counterweight, connected to the third slider; a support rod, pivotally connected to the third slider; and an elastic element, connecting the support rod and the third slider actuation link.

6. The pipe clamp removal device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the elastic element is a spring.

The pipe clamp removal device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the linkage mechanism further includes a fourth slider assembly, comprising: The fourth slider is fitted onto the first column, below the first slider, and can slide along the first column, wherein the support rod abuts against the fourth slider.

The pipe clamp removal device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the fixture further comprises: two abutment blocks disposed on both sides of the fixture, and the two abutment blocks are respectively connected to the fourth slider by two first cables, such that when the fourth slider moves downward along the first column, it also pulls the two abutment blocks downward; and a latching hook engaging the fixture, and the latching hook is connected to the fourth slider by a second cable, such that when the fourth slider moves downward along the first column, it releases the latching hook from engaging the fixture.

The pipe clamp removal device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the linkage mechanism further comprises a fifth slider group, including: The fifth slider is fitted onto the fourth column in the processing table and can slide along the fourth column; The fifth slider actuating linkage connects the clamp to the fifth slider; the second and third cables connect the fifth slider to the linkage claw respectively; the fourth cable connects the fifth slider to the support rod.

The pipe clamp removal device as claimed in claim 9, wherein the linkage claw includes an upper claw and a lower claw, the end of the upper claw is pivotally connected to the end of the lower claw, and the other end of the upper claw and the other end of the lower claw respectively clamp the fixing piece on the pipe clamp.

11. The pipe clamp removal device as claimed in claim 10, wherein the linkage claw rods are respectively connected to the upper claws, and the two third cables are respectively connected to the upper claws.
