Abstract
Claims
1. A hollow, thin-walled rotary reducer, comprising: a reducer body including an input shaft and an output shaft that intersect perpendicularly, and a housing, and a connecting hole extending through the outer periphery of the housing along the input shaft; the input shaft is equidistant from opposite sides of the outer periphery of the housing; the housing includes a plurality of recessed arc surfaces spaced apart on the outer periphery of the housing; a gear ring disposed inside the reducer body and being annular, the gear ring surrounding the output shaft and rotatable about the output shaft; a rotating platform being annular and surrounding the output shaft, the rotating platform being coaxially fixed to the gear ring and rotatable about the output shaft; a crossed roller bearing disposed inside the reducer body, being annular and including a plurality of crossed rollers; the crossed roller bearing being sleeved on the gear ring and the rotating platform; A support frame, which is located inside the reducer body and is tubular; the support frame surrounds the output axis, extends along the output axis, and is coaxially fixed to the gear ring so as to be rotatable about the output axis; and a bearing, which is located inside the reducer body and is annular; the bearing is fitted onto the support frame.
2. The hollow thin rotary reducer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the housing includes a first end and a second end opposite to each other at the output axis position, a housing and a cover detachably coupled to the housing and located at the first end of the housing.
3. The hollow thin rotary reducer as described in claim 2, wherein the reducer body includes a connecting portion disposed at the second end of the housing and integrally formed therein.
4. The hollow thin rotary reducer as described in claim 3, wherein the joint includes a square-shaped profile.
5. The hollow thin-walled rotary reducer as described in claim 4, wherein the reducer body includes a crossed roller bearing chamber, a bearing chamber, a meshing chamber, and an oil seal hole disposed inside the reducer body along the output axis; the crossed roller bearing chamber is located near a first end of the housing; the bearing chamber is adjacent to a second end of the housing; the meshing chamber is located between the crossed roller bearing chamber and the bearing chamber; the oil seal hole is disposed through the joint and communicates with the bearing chamber; the connecting hole communicates with the meshing chamber.
6. The hollow thin rotary reducer as described in claim 5, wherein the crossed roller bearing housing includes a diameter, and the bearing housing includes a diameter; in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the diameter of the crossed roller bearing housing is larger than the diameter of the bearing housing.
7. The hollow thin rotary reducer as described in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the profile of the housing is approximately octagonal; the plurality of recessed arc surfaces are four recessed arc surfaces, which are equally spaced at angular intervals on the outer periphery of the housing.
