Abstract

A water-cooled quick-connect coupling includes a connector end and a connector seat. The connector end has a mating portion, and the connector seat has a mating hole corresponding to the mating portion. The mating portion is fitted into the mating hole, and the two form an axially extending interference-fit section. This interference-fit section is assembled by temperature difference to form an interference fit (interference fit or tight fit), thereby forming a tight joint interface, which greatly improves the anti-loosening and anti-leakage performance, and is suitable for fluid connection in liquid cooling systems.

Claims

1. A water-cooled quick connector, comprising: A connector end has a fitting part; a connector seat has a fitting hole corresponding to the fitting part; wherein the fitting part is fitted into the fitting hole, and the two form an axially extending interference nesting section. The interference nesting section is formed by temperature difference assembly to achieve excellent anti-loosening and anti-leakage performance.

The water-cooled quick connector as described in claim 1, wherein the connector connection end and the connector seat body are respectively provided with a through hole, and the through holes are connected to each other after the connector connection end and the connector seat body are engaged to form a fluid channel.

3. The water-cooled quick connector as described in claim 2, wherein a fluid control component is provided in the fluid channel for selectively opening or closing the fluid channel.

4. The water-cooled quick connector as described in claim 3, wherein the fluid control component is axially movable within the fluid channel.

5. The water-cooled quick connector as described in claim 4, wherein the water-cooled quick connector is provided with at least one first elastic member, the first elastic member being disposed in the fluid channel and abutting against the fluid control member, so that the fluid control member is biased toward a closed position by the elastic force of the first elastic member.

6. The water-cooled quick connector as claimed in claim 1, wherein at least one sealing element is provided at the joint between the connector connection end and the connector seat, the sealing element being disposed around the connector connection end and the connector seat.

7. The water-cooled quick connector as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water-cooled quick connector further includes a sleeve member that is axially movable relative to the connector seat.

8. The water-cooled quick connector as described in claim 7, wherein the water-cooled quick connector further includes at least one second elastic member disposed between the sleeve member and the connector seat, so that the sleeve member is reset to a predetermined position by the elastic force of the second elastic member.
