Abstract

An improved pedal conversion seat structure includes a main body and a counterweight. The main body has a plurality of anti-slip posts integrally protruding from its top surface and a fastener integrally formed from its bottom surface. The fastener can be fastened to an existing bicycle pedal system. A tongue protrudes from the center of the upper side of the main body at an angle towards the bottom surface. A groove is recessed on the bottom surface of the main body near the lower side, and the counterweight is embedded in the groove and secured to the main body by a plurality of bolts. This structure can reduce manufacturing costs and improve production efficiency, thereby achieving economic benefits.

Claims

1. An improved structure for a pedal conversion seat, comprising: The main body has a plurality of anti-slip posts integrally protruding from the top surface and a buckle integrally formed from the bottom surface. The buckle can be fastened to the existing bicycle pedal system. A tongue protrudes from the center of the upper side of the main body at an angle towards the bottom surface. A receiving groove is recessed on the bottom surface of the main body near the lower side. A counterweight is embedded in the receiving groove and is fixed to the main body by a plurality of bolts.

2. The improved structure of the pedal conversion seat as described in claim 1, wherein the system is roughly rectangular.

3. The improved structure of the pedal conversion seat as described in claim 1, wherein the bending angle between the tongue and the body is 135 degrees.

4. The improved structure of the pedal conversion seat as described in claim 1, wherein the counterweight is flush with the body.

5. The improved structure of the pedal conversion seat as described in claim 1, wherein the counterweight protrudes from the surface of the body.

6. The improved structure of the pedal conversion seat as described in claim 1, wherein a plurality of anti-slip posts are protruding on the top surface of the body.

7. The improved structure of the pedal conversion seat as described in claim 6, wherein the plurality of anti-slip posts includes a bolt and a protective sleeve, the bolt being screwed onto the counterweight, the bolt having a head protruding from the top surface of the body, the protective sleeve covering the head and causing the head to protrude from the top surface at an appropriate height.

8. The improved structure of the pedal conversion seat as described in claim 7, wherein each of the plurality of anti-slip posts includes a dust plug, the end face of the head of the bolt has a groove, the groove has a hexagonal groove, and the dust plug is disposed in the groove and the hexagonal groove.

9. The improved structure of the pedal conversion seat as described in claim 7, wherein the head protrudes 0.5 mm beyond the top surface of the protective sleeve.

10. The modified structure of the pedal conversion seat as described in claim 6, wherein at least one of the anti-slip posts includes a bolt and a protective sleeve, the bolt being screwed onto a nut.
