Abstract

A health education kit is provided to address the lack of nutritional knowledge among the elderly. It includes: a table with multiple spaces each labeled with information about a food item, a number, or an instruction; a counting board; counting coupons; a food card set with multiple food cards, each containing information about a food item; a first instruction card set with multiple first instruction cards, each containing a first instruction; a second instruction card set with multiple second instruction cards, each containing a second instruction; and a third instruction card set with multiple third instruction cards, each containing a third instruction. This kit can enhance the effectiveness of the elderly's learning of nutritional knowledge.

Claims

1. A health education kit, comprising: a table having a surface having a plurality of rest squares and a plurality of rest areas, the plurality of rest squares forming a circular path, each rest square being labeled with food information, a number, or an indicator; a counting board for moving along the circular path and stopping at any of the plurality of rest squares; a counting card, separately placed from the table, each counting card being used to pay for a number indicated in at least one of the rest squares labeled with the number; and a food card set, separately placed from the table, the food card set having a plurality of food cards, each food card having food information, each food information matching the food information indicated in at least one of the rest squares labeled with the food information; A first instruction card set having a plurality of first instruction cards, the first instruction card set being placed in one of the placement areas of the table, each of the first instruction cards having a first instruction; a second instruction card set having a plurality of second instruction cards, the second instruction card set being placed in one of the placement areas of the table, each of the second instruction cards having a second instruction; and a third instruction card set having a plurality of third instruction cards, the third instruction card set being placed in one of the placement areas of the table, each of the third instruction cards having a third instruction.
