Abstract

An improved precision ceramic regulating valve includes a valve body and an inlet / outlet component. The valve body is composed of a valve shell and a valve seat. A sliding plate, a control plate, and a valve plate are sequentially installed from top to bottom between the valve shell and the valve seat. The valve seat has several inlet channels and at least one outlet channel, and is equipped with a balancing valve. The valve shell has a control part, the bottom of which is engaged with the sliding plate. The sliding plate and the control plate are locked together, and the bottom of the control part has a pressure relief chamber recessed therein. The control plate has a mixing groove recessed therein and a pressure relief hole through which the mixing groove communicates with the pressure relief chamber. The valve plate has an inlet and an outlet. When the control part rotates, it adjusts the flow rate and the outlet direction of the inlet / outlet component. When the valve body rotates or opens, it can stabilize the water pressure and control the water pressure and temperature of the outlet pipe to be stable.

Claims

1. An improved precision ceramic regulating valve, comprising a valve body and an inlet / outlet water fitting, wherein: The valve body is composed of a valve shell and a valve seat. A sliding plate, a control plate, and a valve plate are sequentially installed from top to bottom inside the valve shell and between the valve seat. The valve seat has several water inlet channels and at least one water outlet channel and a balancing valve. The valve shell has a control part, the bottom of which is engaged with the sliding plate. The sliding plate and the control plate are locked together, and the bottom of the control part has a pressure relief chamber recessed therein. The control plate has a mixing groove recessed therein and a pressure relief hole through which the mixing groove communicates with the pressure relief chamber. The valve plate has a water inlet and a water outlet. When the control part rotates, the sliding plate, the control plate, and the valve plate rotate together to adjust the proportion of the valve plate communicating with the water inlet channel. When the control part pushes, the control plate moves relative to the valve plate to adjust the proportion of the mixing groove communicating with the water inlet and the water outlet. The water inlet / outlet component has an inlet / outlet base, a housing, and a fixing part. The top of the inlet / outlet base is recessed with a valve body groove to accommodate the valve body. The inlet / outlet base has two inlet pipes and two outlet pipes. The housing is locked onto the inlet / outlet base and fitted onto the valve body. The housing is locked to the fixing part, and the fixing part abuts against the top of the valve body to complete the fixation. Cold water and hot water enter the valve body through the two inlet pipes and mix. The water is discharged from one of the outlet pipes for use by rotating the control part.
