Abstract

An adjustable spray nozzle base includes: a base, a spray unit, two displacement members, a nozzle strip, and two knobs. The spray unit has a spray member and a cover that fit together. One side of the spray member and the cover together form two mounting holes. An elastic latch is formed on both sides of the mounting hole. A control plate extends from the center of one side of each of the two displacement members. A sleeve hole is passed through the control plate and connected to a spiral groove. A ratchet gear is provided on the knobs, and a shaft tube extends from it. The outer surface of the shaft tube has a spiral pattern.

Claims

1. A sprinkler base with adjustable spray direction, comprising: a base, a sprinkler unit, two displacement components, a nozzle strip, and two knobs, wherein: The base is equipped with a controller. One end of the controller has a water inlet for connecting to a water source, and the other end has a water outlet, allowing the base to connect to the sprinkler unit via the water outlet. The sprinkler unit has a sprinkler component and a cover that fit together. The sprinkler component is a hollow tubular shape with a connector at one end for connecting to the water outlet. The other end has an opening for inserting the nozzle strip into the sprinkler component. The nozzle strip is then pivotally connected to the base through an end cap installed on the opening. The sprinkler component has a recess and a spray surface arranged sequentially from top to bottom. The spray surface and the cover are respectively provided with a number of first and second through holes arranged along their axial direction. The length of these second through holes is gradually widened from the center of the cover to both ends. The recess is used to provide a space for the displacement component to be inserted and then closed by the closing of the cover. The sprinkler component and one side of the cover together form two mounting holes. Both sides of the mounting hole have an elastic latch. The second displacement component is arranged linearly in the recess of the sprinkler component. The top surface of the displacement component is provided with a plurality of adjusting elongated holes that are radially inclined from one end to the other. A control plate extends from the center of one side of each of the two displacement components. A sleeve hole is passed through the control plate and connected to a spiral groove. When the displacement component is placed in the recess, the two sleeve holes will be aligned with the two mounting holes respectively. The nozzle strip is provided with a plurality of elastic nozzles in accordance with the number of the first through holes, so that the nozzle strip can be continuously inserted into the first through hole, the adjusting elongated hole and the second through hole inside the sprinkler component. The knob is equipped with a ratchet gear and extends a shaft tube. The outer surface of the shaft tube has a spiral pattern. The spiral pattern engages with the spiral groove, allowing the shaft tube to pass smoothly into the mounting hole and the sleeve hole. The rotation of the knob can then drive the displacement component to move horizontally via the spiral pattern. After rotation, the elastic pawl can also engage the ratchet gear, allowing the knob to be fully positioned. The separate arrangement of the two knobs also allows the displacement component to be operated and adjusted selectively or simultaneously.

2. The adjustable spray nozzle as described in claim 1, wherein, The base is a frame.

3. The adjustable spray nozzle as described in claim 1, wherein, The water spray surface is provided with several guide rails, and the bottom surface of the displacement component is provided with several guide grooves. The guide grooves are used to provide the guide rails for insertion, so that the displacement component can be moved horizontally by the knob along a fixed path.

4. A sprinkler seat with adjustable spray direction as described in claim 1, wherein, The cover is closed and then fastened to the sprinkler component.

5. A sprinkler seat with adjustable spray direction as described in claim 1, wherein, The cover and the sprinkler unit are joined together with the mounting hole to clamp the knob, so that the knob can only be rotated on the sprinkler unit and cannot be pulled out.

6. A sprinkler seat with adjustable spray direction as described in claim 1, wherein, The elastic nozzle is connected to the nozzle strip by a flange. By using the flange to fit into the first through hole, both leakage prevention and positioning effects can be achieved simultaneously.

7. A sprinkler seat with adjustable spray direction as described in claim 1, wherein, The spiral patterns on the two knobs have different directions of rotation.
