Abstract

A flexible support strip structure for easy-to-wear and bendable knee braces (I), specifically referring to a knee brace body with two drawstrings at the top and bottom for wearing and tightening around the thigh and calf, and two fabric patches on both sides of the knee brace body, with adhesive inside the patches and two flexible support strips welded together using high-frequency welding. The feature is that the upper part of the flexible support strip has an arc-shaped enlargement with an opening, allowing for easy pulling upwards by pressing the arc-shaped enlargement when wearing the knee brace. The flexible support strip is made of multiple solid soft rubber strips woven into a cylindrical tube, flattened into a flat elongated strip by a heated roller, then cut to an appropriate length, and finally a plastic injection-molded covering at the tail end of the flexible support strip, providing breathability, elastic recovery, and comfortable flexibility when the flexible support strip bends.
