Improvement of pallet structure

Abstract

This invention relates to a structural improvement of a pallet, comprising a main body and a plurality of limiting frames formed on the surface of the main body. The main body has through channels on at least two opposite sides for the forks of handling equipment to pass through. First frames are respectively located at the four corners of the main body surface, and two second frames are located between each of two adjacent first frames, forming a triangular arrangement with two opposite first frames on the other side. A third frame is located at the center of the main body, between a second frame adjacent to one side, and a fourth frame is located, forming a shared limiting frame with two adjacent first frames on the other side. This allows the multiple limiting frames to support different numbers of items while maintaining the stability of the main body, thereby achieving the purpose of stably supporting items and preventing tipping.

Claims

1. An improved structure of a pallet, comprising a body and a plurality of limiting frames formed on the surface of the body, wherein: The main body has through channels on at least two opposite sides; the multiple array of limiting frames includes four first frames located at the four corners of the main body, and two second frames located at the middle of two adjacent first frames, each of the second frames forming a triangular arrangement with the two opposite first frames on the other side.

The improved structure of the pallet as described in claim 1, wherein a third frame is provided at the center of the four first frames of the complex array limiting frame base, and a fourth frame is provided on one side of the third frame base, which is staggered with two adjacent first frames. Two second frames are staggered at equal intervals on both sides of the third frame base, and the four first frames are staggered at equal intervals at the four corners of the third frame base and the two second frames.

The improved pallet structure as described in claim 2, wherein the four first frames, the two second frames, the third frame and the fourth frame of the plurality of limiting frames are the plurality of limiting frames with grooves formed on the surface of the body, and the depth of the plurality of limiting frames is equal to or greater than the height of the bottom frame edge of the supported item.

4. The improved pallet structure as described in claim 3, wherein the plurality of limiting frames are respectively formed in the shape of a ring, a rectangle or a polygon, then the article is a metal tube, a plastic tube or a metal ingot.

5. The improved pallet structure as described in claim 2, wherein a fourth frame is provided between one side of the third frame and an adjacent second frame, and the fourth frame and the two adjacent first frames on the other side form a set of limiting frames for placing three items.

6. The structural improvement of the pallet as described in claim 1, wherein the system is integrally molded from a rigid plastic, rubber or latex material.
