Abstract
Claims
1. A shock-absorbing structure for a bicycle seat post, which is to be assembled into a middle tube (60) of a bicycle frame, comprising: a post (10) extending along an axial direction, and defining a first end (11) and a second end (12) at opposite ends, the post (10) having a non-circular inner hole (13), the post (10) having a pin hole (14) near the first end (11), and a stop hole (15) between the pin hole (14) and the second end (12), a pin (16) being inserted and fixed in the pin hole (14), and a stop (17) being inserted and fixed in the stop hole (15); A connecting pipe (20) with a cross-sectional shape corresponding to the non-circular inner hole (13), a portion of the connecting pipe (20) being fitted into the non-circular inner hole (13) of the riser (10), and the other portion of the connecting pipe (20) extending out of the first end (11) of the riser (10), the portion of the connecting pipe (20) located inside the riser (10) having a movable hole (21), and a pin (16) passing through the movable hole (21) to limit the axial displacement of the connecting pipe (20) relative to the riser (10) within a specific range; a return unit (30) disposed in the non-circular inner hole (13) of the riser (10) and located between the connecting pipe (20) and the stop bar (17), the return unit (30) providing a buffer force and a restoring force to the connecting pipe (20); and a cushion unit (40); wherein, When the riser (10) is assembled on the middle tube (60) in a shock-absorbing mode, the riser (10) is inserted into the middle tube (60) with the second end (12), the seat unit (40) is locked to the part of the connecting pipe (20) that extends out of the riser (10), and the shock-absorbing effect is generated by the axial displacement of the connecting pipe (20) relative to the riser (10).
2. The bicycle seat post shock absorption structure as described in claim 1, wherein the post (10) is provided with a second fixing hole (18) near the second end (12), when the post (10) is assembled to the middle tube (60) in a fixed mode, the post (10) is inserted into the middle tube (60) with the first end (11), and the seat unit (40) is locked in the second fixing hole (18) of the post (10), so that the overall structure is transformed into a stable rigid support state.
3. The bicycle seat post shock absorption structure as described in claim 1, wherein the portion of the connecting tube (20) extending out of the post (10) is provided with a first fixing hole (22), the bottom of the seat unit (40) is provided with a locking seat (41), and the seat unit (40) is locked to the first fixing hole (22) through a locking mechanism (50).
4. The bicycle seat post shock absorption structure as described in claim 3, wherein the locking mechanism (50) includes a locking rod (51) and at least one screw (52), the locking rod (51) is inserted through the first fixing hole (22), and the screw (52) locks the locking seat (41) to the locking rod (51).
5. The bicycle seat post shock absorption structure as described in claim 1, wherein the non-circular inner hole (13) is a rounded square inner hole.
