Abstract
Claims
1. A cutting tool manufactured by vacuum welding, comprising: a base made of steel and recessed to form a groove; and at least one forged body made of Stellite and joined to the base by vacuum welding, the at least one forged body being located in the groove and joined to the base, the at least one forged body defining a recess located in the groove.
2. The tool manufactured by vacuum welding as described in claim 1, comprising a plurality of forged cutting bodies disposed spaced apart from each other in the mounting groove.
3. The cutting tool manufactured by vacuum welding as described in claim 1, wherein, The substrate includes two end faces spaced apart from each other along a first direction, and an arc surface connecting the end faces and located between the end faces along the first direction. The arc surface is recessed downward along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, thereby defining the mounting groove. The mounting groove penetrates the substrate along a third direction perpendicular to the first and second directions.
4. The cutting tool manufactured by vacuum welding as described in claim 3, wherein, The at least one forged body includes an inner annular surface facing the arcuate surface of the substrate, and an outer annular surface spaced from the inner annular surface along the second direction and connected to the end faces of the substrate along the first direction, the outer annular surface surrounding the groove.
5. The cutting tool manufactured by vacuum welding as described in claim 4, comprising a forging body, the base having a seat surface spaced apart from the end faces and the arcuate surface along the second direction, and two side surfaces extending along the second direction and each connecting the seat surface and one of the end faces.
6. The cutting tool manufactured by vacuum welding as described in claim 4, comprising a plurality of forged cutting bodies disposed spaced apart from each other in the mounting groove along the third direction, the base also having a seat surface spaced apart from the end faces and the arc surface along the second direction, and two side surfaces extending obliquely along the second direction and each connecting the seat surface and one of the end faces, each side surface being gradually inclined outward toward the seat surface along the second direction.
