Abstract

This invention relates to an automatic cat litter device, comprising a conveying mechanism, a sieving mechanism, and a transmission mechanism. The sieving mechanism is connected to the conveying mechanism; the transmission mechanism connects the sieving mechanism and the conveying mechanism. Cat litter is contained in the conveying mechanism, and after excretion, the conveying mechanism transports the used cat litter to the sieving mechanism. The sieving mechanism separates clumped cat litter from clean cat litter. The transmission mechanism then transports the clean cat litter back to the conveying mechanism for recycling, effectively separating clumps from clean cat litter, simulating the action of manually scooping litter, and thus achieving automatic litter replenishment.

Claims

1. An automatic cat litter device, comprising: a carrying and conveying mechanism; a sand screening mechanism connected to the carrying and conveying mechanism; and a transmission mechanism connected to the sand screening mechanism and the carrying and conveying mechanism.

The automatic cat litter device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the carrying and conveying mechanism includes a housing, an inclined carrying module, a track conveying module, at least one sensor controller and a baffle, the inclined carrying module is disposed at the bottom of the housing, the track conveying module is disposed in the housing and corresponds to the inclined carrying module, the sensor controller is electrically connected to the track conveying module, the baffle is disposed at the top of the housing, wherein the track conveying module conveys in a translational manner, and the inclined carrying module is provided with a scraping assembly, the scraping assembly corresponding to the conveying path of the track conveying module.

The automatic cat litter device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sand screening mechanism includes a reciprocating screening module, a cover and a sand-blocking part, the reciprocating screening module is connected to one side of the carrying and conveying mechanism, the cover is disposed outside the reciprocating screening module, and the sand-blocking part is disposed inside the cover and opposite to one side of the carrying and conveying mechanism.

The automatic cat litter device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the conveying mechanism includes a holding module, a spiral recovery module and a litter dropping module, the holding module is located at the bottom of the carrying and conveying mechanism and is connected to the litter screening mechanism, the spiral recovery module is connected to the holding module, and the litter dropping module is connected to the spiral recovery module and the carrying and conveying mechanism.

The automatic litter box device as described in claim 4, wherein the holding module is provided with an inclined channel, an excrement holding area and a collection area, the inclined channel corresponds to the spiral recycling module, the excrement holding area is connected to the inclined channel, and the excrement holding area and the collection area are arranged adjacent to each other.

6. The automatic litter box device as described in claim 4, wherein the litter drop module is provided with a central channel section corresponding to the carrying and conveying mechanism.

The automatic cat litter device as described in claim 2, wherein the sand screening mechanism includes a reciprocating screening module, a cover and a sand-blocking part, the reciprocating screening module is connected to one side of the inclined support module and is electrically connected to the sensor controller, the cover is located outside the reciprocating screening module, and the sand-blocking part is located inside the cover and corresponds to one side of the inclined support module.

The automatic cat litter device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the transmission mechanism includes a holding module, a spiral recovery module and a litter dropping module, the holding module is disposed at the bottom of the inclined bearing module and connected to the reciprocating screening module, the spiral recovery module is connected to the holding module and electrically connected to the sensor controller, and the litter dropping module is connected to the spiral recovery module and the conveyor belt module.

The automatic litter box device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the holding module is provided with an inclined channel, an excrement holding area and a collection area, the inclined channel corresponds to the spiral recycling module, the excrement holding area is connected to the inclined channel, and the excrement holding area and the collection area are arranged adjacent to each other.

10. The automatic litter box device as claimed in claim 9, wherein the litter box module is provided with a central channel section corresponding to the conveyor belt module.
