Abstract
Claims
1. A server fan module for quickly mounting and dismounting a plurality of fan assemblies (5) onto a server housing (200), the server fan module (100) comprising: a fan housing (2), wherein two snap fasteners (3) are respectively provided on two outer surfaces (211) of two corresponding side plates of the fan housing (2), and the fan housing (2) has an accommodating space for accommodating the plurality of fan assemblies (5), and each fan assembly (5) is individually and independently mounted on the fan housing (2); A mounting bracket (4) is disposed at the bottom of the fan housing (2) for mounting a fan connection circuit board (41); and the fan connection circuit board (41) has a plurality of fan connection ports (411) and a power input port (412), and each of the fan connection ports (411) is electrically connected to a fan connector (53) of each of the fan components (5) in the fan housing (2), and the power input port (412) is used to connect an input power supply (6) so that the fan connection circuit board (41) can provide all the power required by the fan components (5) at once; wherein at least two snap-fit fittings (1) are respectively provided on the two housing side plates (201) inside the server housing (200), and the two snap-fit fittings (1) are used to mount the two snap-fit fittings (3) of the fan housing (2) so that the fan housing (2) can be quickly mounted in the server housing (200) by means of the two snap-fit fittings (3).
2. The server fan module as described in claim 1, wherein the fan housing (2) has two first side plates (21), two second side plates (22) and a bottom plate (23), wherein either of the two first side plates (21) is disposed adjacent to the two second side plates (22), and the two first side plates (21) and the two second side plates (22) are arranged around the bottom plate (23), such that the two first side plates (21), the two second side plates (22) and the bottom plate (23) form the accommodating space and an accommodating opening communicating with the accommodating space.
3. The server fan module as described in claim 2, wherein the length of each of the first side plates (21) is greater than that of each of the second side plates (22), and the two snap fasteners (3) are disposed on the two first side plates (21).
4. The server fan module as described in claim 3, wherein each of the second side plates (22) has a plurality of vents (221) extending through it, and the maximum number of fan assemblies (5) that can be accommodated in the accommodating space of the fan housing (2) corresponds to the number of vents (221).
5. The server fan module as described in claim 2, wherein the base plate (23) of the fan housing (2) has a plurality of connector receiving holes (231) for the plurality of fan connectors (53) of the plurality of fan assemblies (5) to pass through, so that the plurality of fan connectors (53) are electrically connected to the plurality of fan connection ports (411) on the fan connection circuit board (41).

The server fan module as described in claim 2, wherein each of the latching members (3) includes a latching body (31) and a lever (32), wherein the lever (32) extends from an outer surface of the latching body (31), and a pivot hole (311) is provided through the latching body (31) for a pivot member (35) to be provided, such that the two latching members (3) are respectively pivotally connected to the two first side plates (21) of the fan housing (2) by the two pivot members (35).

The server fan module as described in claim 6, wherein each of the latching members (3) further includes an extension rod (33) extending from the outer surface of the latching body (31) and in the opposite direction to the extension lever (32), and extending along the outer surface of the latching member (3), such that a groove (331) is formed between the extension rod (33) and the latching body (31), and a slot (34) is provided on the side of the extension rod (33) located in the groove (331).
8. The server fan module as described in claim 7, wherein a protrusion (202) and two latches (203) are provided on one side of the server housing (200), and each of the latching devices (1) has a protrusion receiving hole (12) and two fixing holes (13) through it, and the latching device (1) is fixed to the server housing (200) by inserting the two fixing holes (13) into the two latches (203) on the server housing (200), and when the latching device (1) is fixed to the server housing (200), the protrusion (202) is located in the protrusion receiving hole (12).

The server fan module as described in claim 8, wherein a snap-fit receiving groove (11) is recessed at one top of the snap-fit setting member (1), and the snap-fit receiving groove (11) is used for the snap-fit member (3) to be set, and a user, by moving the lever (32) on the snap-fit member (3), causes the snap-fit member (3) to rotate by the pivot member (35), so that the slot (34) on the extension rod (33) of the snap-fit member (3) engages with the protrusion (202) on the server housing (200), so that the fan housing (2) is set on the server housing (200) by the snap-fit member (3).

The server fan module as claimed in claim 1, wherein each fan assembly (5) includes a fan body (51), a fixing member (52) and a fan connector (53), wherein the fixing member (52) is disposed on one side of the fan body (51), and the fan connector (53) is disposed at the bottom of the fixing member (52) and electrically connected to the fan body (51), and the fan connector (53) is perpendicular to the fan connection circuit board (41), such that when the fan body (51) is fixed in the receiving space of the fan housing (2) by the fixing member (52), the fan connector (53) is directly inserted into any one of the plurality of fan connection ports (411) of the fan connection circuit board (41) on the mounting bracket (4).
