Abstract
Claims
1. A solar support structure for supporting multiple solar panel modules (E), the solar support structure comprising: A plurality of longitudinal supports (10) arranged in at least one column parallel to each other along a first direction (L1); a plurality of transverse supports (20) arranged in a plurality of columns parallel to each other at equal intervals along a second direction (L2), two adjacent transverse supports (20) located between two adjacent longitudinal supports (10) surround to form a mounting space, a solar panel assembly (E) is mounted in the mounting space and supported by two adjacent longitudinal supports (10) and two adjacent transverse supports (20) constituting the mounting space; and a plurality of first grounding metal plates (30) mounted on the longitudinal supports (10), the first grounding metal plates (30) abutting against the longitudinal supports (10) and the solar panel assembly (E), and / or a plurality of second grounding metal plates (60), the second grounding metal plates (60) abutting against two adjacent solar panel assemblies (E).
2. The solar support structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the first grounding metal sheets (30) includes a grounding metal body (31) and a plurality of protrusions (32) that pierce a frame of the solar panel assembly (E), and the mechanical hardness of the first grounding metal sheet (30) is higher than that of the frame.
3. The solar support structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein the protrusions (32) are provided at the edge near the grounded metal body (31).
4. The solar support structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein each of the longitudinal supports (10) includes a longitudinal support body (11) and two support portions (12), the longitudinal support body (11) extending along the second direction (L2), the two support portions (12) being disposed on opposite sides of the longitudinal support body (11) along the first direction (L1), each support portion (12) supporting the solar panel assembly (E), and the first grounding metal sheet (30) being disposed on the two support portions (12).
5. The solar support structure as claimed in claim 4, wherein each of the two support portions (12) is provided with a first receiving groove (121), and the grounding metal body (31) of the first grounding metal sheet (30) is received in the first receiving groove (121).
6. The solar support structure as claimed in claim 4, wherein each of the longitudinal supports (10) further includes two longitudinal water channels (13), the two longitudinal water channels (13) being disposed on opposite sides of the longitudinal support body (11) along the first direction (L1) and respectively located below the two supports (12).
7. The solar support structure as claimed in claim 4 further includes a plurality of intermediate pressure blocks (40, 40') disposed on the top of the longitudinal support body (11) of the longitudinal support (10) and respectively abutting against the solar panel assembly (E) on both sides of the longitudinal support body (11).
8. The solar support structure as claimed in claim 7, wherein the intermediate pressure block (40) includes a fixing part (41) fixed to the top of the longitudinal support body (11) and two abutting parts (42) extending away from the fixing part (41) from opposite sides and abutting against the solar panel assembly (E).
9. The solar support structure as claimed in claim 8 further includes a plurality of second grounding metal plates (60) disposed between the two abutment portions (42) of the intermediate pressure blocks (40) and the frame of the solar panel assembly (E).
10. The solar support structure as claimed in claim 8, wherein each of the intermediate pressure blocks (40) further includes two second receiving slots (43), the two second receiving slots (43) being respectively disposed in the two abutment portions (42), and the second grounding metal sheets (60) being disposed in the two second receiving slots (43).
11. The solar support structure as claimed in claim 7, wherein the intermediate pressure block (40') includes a fixing part (41') fixed to the top of the longitudinal support body (11), two first abutting parts (42') extending in opposite directions from opposite sides of the fixing part (41'), and two second abutting parts (43') extending from the bottom of the fixing part (41') toward the longitudinal support body (11) and abutting against the longitudinal support body (11).
12. The solar support structure as claimed in claim 11, wherein the second grounding metal sheets (60) are disposed between the two first abutments (42') of the intermediate pressure blocks (40') and the frame of the solar panel assembly (E).
