Abstract

An eyeglass temple structure includes: a frame, two temples, and two springs. The frame has a curved section on each side, with a stop plate extending rearward from the end of each curved section. The stop plate has a post at its top and bottom. Each temple has an ear loop and a connecting frame at its ends. The connecting frame is U-shaped and has a back plate and two wing plates. The wing plates are more convex than the back plate, allowing the back plate and the two wing plates to form a clearance notch. A groove runs through the back plate, extending upwards and downwards to the wing plates. A pivot hole is provided on the wing plates. Each spring has a first body section, a bent portion, and a second body section, with a protrusion extending upwards and downwards from the second body section.

Claims

1. A temple structure for eyeglasses, comprising: a frame, two temples, and two springs, wherein: Both sides of the frame are provided with a lens assembly part, which extends backward to form a curved section. The lens assembly part is used to provide lens mounting. The end of the curved section extends backward to a back plate, and the back plate is provided with a column at the top and bottom. The temples are respectively provided with an ear hook part and a connecting frame at both ends. The connecting frame is U-shaped and has a back plate and two wing plates. The wing plates are more convex than the back plate, so that the back plate and the two wing plates can form an avoidance notch together. A groove runs through the back plate, and the groove extends to the wing plates at the top and bottom with slots. The wing plates are provided with pivot holes, through which the columns are provided for insertion, so that the two temples can be pivotally connected to the two back plates of the frame respectively. The spring has a first body segment, a bent portion, and a second body segment. The bent portion is located between the first body segment and the second body segment. The second body segment has a protrusion extending from the top and bottom. When the first body segment of the spring passes through the groove from the outer side of the back plate, the bending portion can be used to rotate the first body segment so that it can be placed in the avoidance notch. The first body segment then abuts against the abutment of the frame. By having the second body segment and the protrusion simultaneously engage with the groove and the slot, the two springs can be installed on the two temples of the eyeglasses respectively.
