Abstract

A drive tool with anti-slip function has a polygonal working end and a force-receiving end relatively far from the working end. The circumferential side of the working end is composed of a plurality of sequentially connected sidewalls, and an end corner edge is formed between each adjacent sidewall. Several recesses are recessed on each sidewall, which are arranged in parallel intervals and extend horizontally. A locking part extending in a straight line horizontally is formed between each adjacent upper and lower recesses. This effectively increases the locking contact area between the tool and the threaded engagement part, so that it has a reliable anti-slip function.

Claims

1. A drive tool with anti-slip function, comprising: a tool body having a polygonal working end and a force-receiving end relatively far from the working end, the circumferential side of the working end being composed of a plurality of sequentially connected sidewalls, and an end corner edge being formed between each adjacent sidewall, the tool body having a vertical axis passing through the center of the working end, and a plurality of recesses arranged parallel to each other and extending horizontally are respectively provided on each sidewall, and a locking portion extending horizontally in a straight line is formed between each adjacent upper and lower recesses.

2. A drive tool with anti-slip function as described in claim 1, wherein, The working end has a bottom side that is perpendicular to the vertical axis. Each recess is formed by a plane recessed from its side wall and an inclined surface recessed from its side wall and inclined to connect with the plane. The inclined surface is located above the plane and is inclined to connect with the plane towards the bottom side in a direction that gradually approaches the vertical axis.

3. A drive tool with anti-slip function as described in claim 1, wherein, The working end has a bottom side that is perpendicular to the vertical axis. Each recess is formed by a plane recessed from its side wall and an inclined surface recessed from its side wall and inclined to connect with the plane. The inclined surface is located opposite to the plane and is inclined to connect with the plane towards the bottom side in a direction that gradually approaches the vertical axis.

4. A drive tool with anti-slip function as described in either claim 2 or 3, wherein, The angle between the plane and the inclined plane is between 65 and 75 degrees.

5. A drive tool with anti-slip function as described in either claim 2 or 3, wherein, The angle between the plane and the inclined plane is 70 degrees.

6. A drive tool with anti-slip function as described in claim 1, wherein, The working end has a bottom side that is perpendicular to the vertical axis, and each concave part is formed by a curved surface that is recessed from its side wall to form a concave arc groove.

7. A drive tool with anti-slip function as described in claim 1, wherein, The two ends of the longitudinal axis of each recess are not connected to the side edges of the opposite corners.

8. A drive tool with anti-slip function as described in claim 1, wherein, The working end is in the shape of a square prism or a hexagonal prism.

9. A drive tool with anti-slip function as described in claim 1, wherein, This tool system consists of a set of subheadings.

10. A drive tool with anti-slip function as described in claim 1, wherein, This tool system consists of an L-shaped wrench.
