Abstract

This invention provides a shock-absorbing structure for connecting storage devices in vehicles, comprising: a fixed base, a fastening base, at least one pivot member, and a shock-absorbing unit. The fixed base is installed on a vehicle. The fastening base is correspondingly arranged with the fixed base and forms a gap, and is provided with a fastening device for fastening a storage device. The pivot member is pivotally connected between the fixed base and the fastening base to form a linkage mechanism. The shock-absorbing unit is obliquely arranged within the gap and its two ends are respectively connected to the fixed base and the fastening base. Through the buffering action of the shock-absorbing unit, the dynamic load generated by road vibration and load weight can be converted into elastic potential energy, avoiding the impact force from acting directly on the structural components, effectively preventing fatigue fracture and increasing service life.

Claims

1. A shock-absorbing structure for connecting a storage device in a vehicle, comprising: a fixed base (10) installed on a vehicle, the fixed base (10) having a first upper connecting portion (11) and a first lower connecting portion (12) disposed relative to the first upper connecting portion (11); a fastening base (20) disposed corresponding to the fixed base (10) and forming a gap between the fixed base (10), the fastening base (20) having a fastening device (21) for fastening a storage device (50), the fastening base (20) having a second upper connecting portion (22) and a second lower connecting portion (23) disposed relative to the second upper connecting portion (22); Two pivotal connectors (30) are pivotally connected in parallel to each other between the first upper connecting part (11) of the fixed base (10) and the second upper connecting part (22) of the fastening base (20), and between the first lower connecting part (12) of the fixed base (10) and the second lower connecting part (23) of the fastening base (20); and a shock-absorbing unit (40) is obliquely arranged and its two ends are respectively connected between the fixed base (10) and the fastening base (20).

The vehicle storage device connection shock absorption structure as described in claim 1, wherein the fixed seat (10) is provided with a first pivot part (13), the fastening seat (20) is provided with a second pivot part (24), one end of the shock absorption unit (40) is connected to the first pivot part (13), and the other end is connected to the second pivot part (24).

3. The vehicle storage device connection shock absorption structure as described in claim 2, wherein the first pivot (13) is located near the lower end of the fixed seat (10), and the second pivot (24) is located near the upper end of the fastening seat (20).

4. The vehicle storage device connection shock absorption structure as described in claim 1, wherein the shock absorption unit (40) is a buffer with a spring structure, a hydraulic cylinder, a pneumatic cylinder or a rubber buffer element.

5. The vehicle storage device connecting shock absorption structure as described in claim 1, wherein the storage device (50) is a backpack, a storage basket, a storage rack or a storage box.

A shock-absorbing structure for connecting a storage device in a vehicle, comprising: a fixed base (10) installed on a vehicle, the fixed base (10) having a first upper connecting portion (11) and a first lower connecting portion (12) disposed relative to the first upper connecting portion (11); a fastening base (20) disposed corresponding to the fixed base (10) and forming a gap between the fixed base (10), the fastening base (20) having a fastening device (21) for fastening a storage device (50), the fastening base (20) having a second upper connecting portion (22) and a second lower connecting portion (23) disposed relative to the second upper connecting portion (22); A pivot member (30) is pivotally connected between the first upper connecting part (11) of the fixed base (10) and the second upper connecting part (22) of the fastening seat (20), or pivotally connected between the first lower connecting part (12) of the fixed base (10) and the second lower connecting part (23) of the fastening seat (20); and a shock-absorbing unit (40) is obliquely arranged and its two ends are respectively connected between the fixed base (10) and the fastening seat (20).

The vehicle storage device connection shock absorption structure as described in claim 6, wherein the fixed seat (10) is provided with a first pivot (13), the fastening seat (20) is provided with a second pivot (24), one end of the shock absorption unit (40) is connected to the first pivot (13), and the other end is connected to the second pivot (24).
