Abstract

A smart seasoning dispenser includes a main body, a plurality of independent storage bins, a dispensing mechanism, a metering module, and a controller. The main body has a base and a receiving seat mounted on the base. The plurality of independent storage bins are detachably mounted in the receiving seat of the main body, and each storage bin has a dispensing channel at its bottom. The dispensing mechanism is located in the receiving seat of the main body and is used to allow the seasonings from the independent storage bins to fall through the dispensing channels. The metering module has a weight sensor located in the base and a receiving plate located on the weight sensor; the weight sensor measures the weight signal of the seasonings collected by the receiving plate. The controller is located on the main body and is used to control the amount of seasonings dispensed based on the weight signal.

Claims

1. A smart seasoning dispenser, comprising: a device body (110) having a base (112) and a receiving seat (114) disposed on the base (112); a plurality of independent storage bins (120) detachably disposed in the receiving seat (114) of the device body (110), and each of the plurality of independent storage bins (120) having a discharge channel (122) at its bottom end; and a discharge mechanism (130) disposed in the receiving seat (114) of the device body (110) for discharging a seasoning (200) from the independent storage bin (120) through the discharge channel (122); A metering module (140) has a weight sensor (142) disposed in the base (112) and a receiving plate (144) disposed on the weight sensor (142), wherein the weight sensor (142) is used to measure a weight signal of the seasoning (200) received by the receiving plate (144); and a controller (150) disposed on the main body (110) of the device and used to control the amount of seasoning (200) falling according to the weight signal.

2. The intelligent seasoning dispenser as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dispensing mechanism (130) has a rotary closure (132) for closing the dispensing channel (122) to prevent the seasoning (200) from falling into the receiving tray (144).

3. The intelligent seasoning dispenser as claimed in claim 2, wherein the dispensing mechanism (130) has a drive unit (134) connected to the rotary closure (132) to drive the rotary closure (132) to rotate.

4. The intelligent seasoning dispenser as claimed in claim 1, wherein the receiving seat (114) of the main body (110) of the device has an observation section (116) for observing the seasoning (200) in the independent storage bin (120).

5. The smart seasoning dispenser as claimed in claim 1, wherein the controller (150) has a control board (152) electrically connected to the controller (150) and has a zeroing button (154) to reset the reading of the weight sensor (142).

6. The smart seasoning dispenser as claimed in claim 1, wherein the controller (150) has a display screen (156) electrically connected to the controller (150) and used to display the type and weight value of the seasoning (200).

7. The smart seasoning dispenser as claimed in claim 1, wherein the controller (150) has a wireless communication module (158) for connecting to a mobile device (300) to receive recipe instructions.

8. The intelligent seasoning dispenser as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plurality of seasonings (200) in the plurality of independent storage bins (120) fall onto the receiving tray (144), which is further used to remove them from the device body (110).

9. The intelligent seasoning dispenser as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plurality of discharge channels (122) of the plurality of independent storage bins (120) are directed toward the receiving tray (144) of the metering module (140).

10. The intelligent seasoning dispenser as described in claim 1, wherein the plurality of individual storage bins (120) are arranged aligned with each other.
