Abstract

A packaging box and its cushioning material. The cushioning material includes a body, two long folds, and two short folds. Each long fold has a first side and two opposing second sides, the first side being connected to the long side, and each second side having a first fastening structure. Each short fold has a third side and two opposing fourth sides, the third side being connected to the short side, and each fourth side having a second fastening structure. When the long fold is bent relative to the body about the long side as a rotation axis, and the short fold is bent relative to the body about the short side as a rotation axis, the second fastening structure and the corresponding first fastening structure are detachably combined to form a box with an accommodating space.

Claims

1. A cushioning material, comprising: A main body having two opposing long sides and two opposing short sides; two long folds, each having a first side and two opposing second sides, the two first sides being connected to the two long sides respectively, and each of the four second sides having a first fastening structure; and two short folds, each having a third side and two opposing fourth sides, the two third sides being connected to the two short sides respectively, and each of the four fourth sides having a second fastening structure; wherein, when the two long folds are bent relative to the main body about the two long sides as rotation axes, and the two short folds are bent relative to the main body about the two short sides as rotation axes, the four second fastening structures and the corresponding four first fastening structures are detachably combined to form a box having an accommodating space.

2. The cushioning material as claimed in claim 1, wherein one of the four first fastening structures and the four second fastening structures is a fastening hole, and the other of the four first fastening structures and the four second fastening structures is a tongue portion.

The cushioning material as claimed in claim 2, wherein the two short folds are pulled outward toward the outside of the accommodating space, causing the two short folds to rotate relative to the body about the two short sides as rotation axes, the four tongues retract from the four fastening holes to release their engagement with the four fastening holes, and the two long folds and the two short folds unfold relative to the body.

4. The cushioning material as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the two long folds and each of the two short folds is provided with a cushioning unit.

5. The cushioning material as claimed in claim 4, wherein the cushioning unit is a paper fold structure or foam.

6. A packaging box suitable for loading an object, the packaging box comprising: One outer box; A cushioning package, located within an outer box, comprises: a body having two opposing long sides and two opposing short sides; two long folds, each having a first side and two opposing second sides, the two first sides respectively connected to the two long sides, and each of the four second sides having a first fastening structure; and two short folds, each having a third side and two opposing fourth sides, the two third sides respectively connected to the two short sides, and each of the four fourth sides having a second fastening structure; wherein, when the two long folds are bent relative to the body about the two long sides as rotation axes, and the two short folds are bent relative to the body about the two short sides as rotation axes, the four second fastening structures and the corresponding four first fastening structures are detachably combined to form a box having an accommodating space.

7. The packaging box as claimed in claim 6, wherein one of the four first fastening structures and the four second fastening structures is a fastening hole, and the other of the four first fastening structures and the four second fastening structures is a tongue.

The packaging box as claimed in claim 7, wherein after the outer box is removed, the two short folds are pulled outward toward the outside of the receiving space, causing the two short folds to rotate relative to the body about the two short sides as the axis of rotation, the four tongues retract from the four fastening holes to release their engagement with the four fastening holes, and the two long folds and the two short folds unfold relative to the body.

9. The packaging box as claimed in claim 6, wherein each of the two long folds and each of the two short folds is provided with a cushioning unit.

10. The packaging box as claimed in claim 9, wherein the cushioning unit is a paper folding structure or foam.
