Abstract

This invention relates to a neckband fan, comprising: a neckband and two fan units. The neckband includes a cooling unit and a contact body. The cooling unit is thermally conductively connected to the contact body, which is located on the outer side of the neckband and is for contact with a user. The two fan units are connected to opposite sides of the neckband. In this way, the contact body can efficiently transfer the cooling effect generated by the cooling unit, and the two fan units can deliver airflow from both sides, allowing the user to directly experience a cooling sensation while wearing the fan, thus improving cooling efficiency and comfort.

Claims

1. A neck fan, comprising: A neck strap includes a cooling unit and a contact body, the cooling unit being thermally connected to the contact body, the contact body being located on the outside of the neck strap and for contact with a user; and two fan units connected to opposite sides of the neck strap.

2. The neck fan as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cooling unit includes a uniform cooling wafer, and the contact surface is in contact with one surface of the cooling wafer.

3. The neck fan as claimed in claim 2, wherein the cooling unit further includes a heat sink fin thermally connected to the cooling wafer on one side relative to the contact body.

4. The neck fan as claimed in claim 2, wherein the cooling unit further includes a heat dissipation fan disposed on one side of the cooling wafer opposite the contact body.

5. The neck fan as claimed in claim 1, further comprising two flexible connecting tubes, wherein each flexible connecting tube is connected between the neck and a fan unit, each fan unit includes a housing, the housing includes a wire groove and a connecting portion located within the wire groove, and each flexible connecting tube is connected to the connecting portion and can be wound into the wire groove.

6. The neck fan as claimed in claim 5, wherein each fan unit further includes a fan blade and a drive motor capable of rotating the fan blade, at least one of the two fan units further includes a battery, each housing encloses a first chamber and a second chamber located on opposite sides of the cable tray, each fan blade and each drive motor are disposed in the first chamber, and the battery is disposed in the second chamber.

7. The neck fan as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the neck further includes a housing assembly, the housing assembly including a body enclosing an accommodating space and a cover plate disposed on the body, the cooling unit being disposed in the accommodating space, and a gap being formed between the cover plate and the body for communicating with the outside of the accommodating space and the housing assembly.

8. The neck fan as claimed in claim 7, wherein the body includes a first component and a second component sandwiched between the first component and the cover plate, the first component and the second component enclosing the receiving space, the second component including at least one spacer extending toward and abutting against the cover plate.

9. The neck fan as claimed in claim 7, wherein the body has a through slot on one side of the cover plate, the cooling unit is at least partially accommodated in the through slot, and the contact body is connected to one of the outer surfaces of the body and closes one opening of the through slot.

10. The neck fan as claimed in claim 6, wherein the cooling unit includes a cooling wafer, the contact surface being in contact with one surface of the cooling wafer; the cooling unit further includes a heat dissipation fin, the heat dissipation fin being thermally conductively connected to one side of the cooling wafer opposite the contact surface; the cooling unit further includes a cooling fan, the cooling fan being disposed on the side of the heat dissipation fin opposite the cooling wafer; the neck fan further includes a circuit board, a charging interface, and a switch, the circuit board being housed in one of the first chambers, the charging interface and the switch being electrically connected to the circuit board and exposed to the outside of the housing; the neckband further includes a housing assembly, the housing assembly including a body enclosing an accommodating space and a cover plate covering the body, the cooling unit being disposed in the accommodating space, the cover plate and the body enclosing... A gap is provided to connect the accommodating space with the outside of the housing assembly; the body includes a first component and a second component sandwiched between the first component and the cover plate, the first component and the second component enclosing the accommodating space, the second component including at least one spacer extending toward the cover plate and abutting against the cover plate; the second component further includes a through hole corresponding to the cooling fan, the at least one spacer including two first spacers and two second spacers, the two first spacers being located on opposite sides of the through hole, the two second spacers being located on other opposite sides of the through hole, the distance between the two first spacers being different from the distance between the two second spacers; and a through groove is provided on one side of the body relative to the cover plate, the cooling chip is accommodated in the through groove, the contact body is connected to one outer surface of the body and closes one opening of the through groove.
